The Space

First level you will find a Private Studio furnished with a Queen Sized futon. This studio has its own entry way, and own attached bathroom with stand up shower. Recessed lighting & Central Air/Heat.

Head up the stairs toward the Main Entrance of this home and you will be greeted by a small patio area with a french door entrance into your relaxing escape. Distressed spanish style tile flooring & Open floor plan, welcome you into your new home. Mixture of recessed lights, Standing & Table Lamps. Light fixtures throughout were imported and thoughtfully curated.

The living room is spacious and features a piano for those looking to tickle some keys. Living room opens to the dining room, which opens to the kitchen.

The Kitchen includes custom wood cabinets, major appliances and an additional eating area. All glassware, pots, pans, flatware etc... included.

Bathroom is located down the hallway, with custom tiles, shower, tub & pedestal sink.

The Master bedroom is located off across the hallway. Queen Sized Mattress and ample closet space. This Master Bedroom delightfully opens up to its own private balcony, with a small table & chairs for your morning coffee.

The Guest Bedroom has an Antique Full Sized bed.

Headed out through the living room, to the patio and up some stairs you will find a terraced back yard. The first level has a nicely shaded terrace, pergola, relaxing hammock, & outdoor furniture. On the other side of this level is a vegetable garden. Help yourself to any freshly grown items. The terrace continues with lush green maintained landscaping and flowers. Walk up far enough for a small glimpse of Highland Park from above. A true escape from your city adventures.

Highland Parks main streets York & Figueroa are filled with great restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, & small boutique shopping. Minutes from Pasadena& Rose Bowl. Centrally located near the (phone number hidden) freeways, you will be a quick drive to other LA neighborhoods.

Getting around
Like many LA neighborhoods, a vehicle is highly recommended. Public transit is available, and the Gold Line is a short distance from here.
