This house and location is fun for the whole family! Located in Trout Lake Washington at the base of Mt. Adams, the fun is at your doorstep. Minutes away from snowparks, hiking trails, whitewater rafting the Salmon river, dirt bike trails, and some of the best huckleberry picking.
The Gorge and Columbia River is only a 30 minute country drive, only one hour to hit the slopes on Mt. Hood, and a great day trip, as Sunset Magazine wrote in September, 2004, "Vines with a view", drive the Columbia Gorge for fine wines and scenery. Construction of this home was finished in January 2005, the house has one side that is mainly windows that shows off the view of Mt. Adams from two of the five bedrooms and the great room downstairs.
The decor has a mountain lodge feel with king size log beds and satellite TV in all the five bedrooms, Ethan Allen Old Country dining table to seat ten, and outdoor theme decorated bedrooms and bathrooms.
