We are located next door to the famous Stein Eriksen Lodge in upper Deer Valley. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Silver Lake Lodge. Perfect home for families with children with the desire to stay in a world class surrounding and ski a world class resort.
Get ready to enjoy the breath taking views of the top of Deer Valley, Flagstaff, Empire and the bowls of Park City from your family room.
The master bedroom resides alone on the 3rd floor with his and hers bathrooms and a balcony to the aspens. It has its own private living room lofted above the main living room below, furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sectional and a large TV with a VCR & DVD player.
The main floor opens to 30ft ceilings with breath taking views from any where you sit. The main floor has a family room with a 50" plasma tv and DVD player, kitchen, and dining room. The balcony off the family room enables you to take in the winter/summer sites in all its beauty year round including direct views of the skiing/hiking runs. The main level has a 2nd master suite with a TV and a private full bath, and a private patio. The hot tub is located in the solarium on the main floor off of the cozy media room which has a 50" flat screen tv.
The main entry of the town home is on the first floor. This level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, (a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two bunk beds, a twin/full bunkbed and a twin/twin bunkbed). An attached one car garage is on this level.
A common area pool overlooks the grand mountains nestled in the aspens. (Open only in the summer)
Heated driveways and plenty of parking available should you decide to drive(but remeber so much to do with in walking distance as well as our great public transportation that picks up just at the end of the driveway for free!) walk a leisurely five minutes to ten quality restaurants including Cafe Mariposa which Zagat guide rated as best in the state. (Also rated to have one of the best wine cellars in the world!) Shopping at Silver Lake Village, Stein Eriksen Lodge or take the free transportion to Main Street in Park City (10 minute ride) for additional shops,entertainment, dining.

Wonderful mid mountain retreat

We had two families of four and thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The layout was perfect and the updated decor was both stylish and comfortable. A short walk to the mid mountain lifts was perfect for our kids. The mountain views were exceptional and I would say the home is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The owner were very helpful and outfitted the home with both excellent media electronics and kitchen accessories (Viking stove etc..) We look forward to our next trip and would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful home.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The photos in the description were very accurate and the condo is spacious and well-kept. Very tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Our party included two families of four, and there was a perfect amount of space for all of us. We also loved being near Silver Lake Village. I would have given this experience a 5-star rating, except for the fact that the basic necessities for our trip were not there when we arrived. We had to make a special trip into town for toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Also, there were no towels to use for the spa and there weren't enough towels for our group. There were no extra blankets, which we needed since the beds only came with a sheet and a bedspread. We provided feedback to the owner, and I'm sure that these issues will be resolved for future renters.
Owner response:We forgot to leave beach towels for these guests. Beach towels are provided for the hot tub. The beds have comforters on them. There are extra comforters and blankets in the basement bedroom closet. We will make sure the housekeeper provides adequate paper supplies for future guests! Thanks for your feed back.

What a FABULOUS place! It was such a treat to be within steps of the slopes and Stein's. Then to be able to come home to such elegance. We loved the layout of the condo. Allowed for my entire family to stay in one place yet also enabled us to have privacy when desired. All the rooms were very comfortable and especially loved the view! Thank you for the great vacation!
