UNIT (E-204) FEATURES: This elegant but very family friendly 2nd floor condo has everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true. The condo has almost 1,800 square feet of living space and another 300 square feet of tiled balcony/deck which overlooks the 8,000 square foot pool. The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths and sleeps 11. The two master bedrooms include LG 23" LCD flat panel combo DVD/TV's. The third bedroom includes a 19" DVD/VCR TV combo. The living room features a magnificent 32" LCD flat screen TV with a Bose Series 3-2-1 DVD entertainment system. The Condo features ten foot ceilings with crown molding throughout, 18"x18" polished stone floors (laid diagonally with design borders), high-speed ethernet internet access at the bar area of the condo and high-speed wireless internet at the pools, 3 cm granite countertops with beveled edge, stainless steel appliances with ice maker, Viking wine cellar, tumbled polished stone tile back-splashes, tumbled polished stone tile dual vanity countertops in the master bath, oversize whirlpool tubs, double-headed glass showers with built-in seating, and tumbled polished stone tile walls and floor.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. There is bunk bed in the bunk room. Also, if needed, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper and a twin sized sleeper chair in the living room. All the bedrooms have an attached full bathroom with a garden whirlpool tub in the master bedroom.
LOCATION: Adagio is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach on the highest bluff on the Gulf of Mexico. Destin and Sandestin are only seven miles west of Adagio. Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach are just to the East on 30-A.
ADAGIO COMPLEX FEATURES: The gated complex features two heated pools (including an 8,000 square foot pool and a 1,700 gulf side infinity edge pool), a whirlpool, recreation facility, meeting-banquet room.

We have traveled for 20 years to the panhandle and we all said that yours has been the best yet with all the little extras as music, DVD etc.. We even used the cooler bag to pack a dinner one night and go to the concert down at seaside. My wife found the kitchen well suited & stocked for all her cooking needs!! We honestly cannot find any short comings with your unit. My son enjoyed the double head shower stall in master,it is absolutely beautiful and complete. The staff at adagio were very helpful also.**

RESERVATION SECURITY DEPOSIT: The amount of the deposit required is 25% of the total rental amount. The full amount of the Reservation Security Deposit will be credited towards your rent at check-in. The Reservation Security Deposit may be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa, or American Express). Must be at least 25 years old to rent. NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN CONDO.
Check-In Procedure: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. (Central Time). Guests who will be arriving after hours should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival.
Checkout Procedure: Checkout time is no later than 10:00 a.m. (Central Time).

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Scenic 30-a area (South Walton Beach) provides an experience that is relaxing. My family loves the area for its charm, scenic beauty and the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald green waters. The area also offers many unique shops, excellent restaurants and an abundance of golf courses. Water parks, outlet shopping, movies, etc. are all just a short drive away.
5-10 minute drive to a very affordable but great golf course.

Our stay at Adagia was fabulous. The property itself was perfect. Beach access, fitness, muliple pools, close proximity to wonderful eating and shopping. Your unit couldn't have been nicer or better appointed. You had coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc. We had a fabulous visit!

We stayed in this same unit in June 2009. We had such a great experience we thought we'd try it again. This October we were able to enjoy this wonderful condo for a week. It was so great. The only change was the owner's locker was converted to a bunk room. The complex is well maintained and sits oceanfront. There is a large pool in the center of the complex. A large outdoor hot tub is nearby. There is another infinity edge pool that fronts the ocean. You have plenty of outdoor BBQs, if you need. We picked up a lot of "provisions" for the week at the Walmart in DeFuniak Springs. We did that to avoid having to go to the very busy Walmart in Destin, which is not real close anyway. I would not do that again. Within the past year or two a new Walmart and Public grocery store have been built nearby, within five minutes of the Adagio complex. Book this condo! You'll have a great time in a beautiful place. Enjoy.

Bill, I just wanted to touch base with you as we're getting cleaned up tonight and leaving tomorrow. First thanks so much to you and your family for allowing us the use of your home. It is beautiful, comfortable and simply enjoyable as is the entire complex. We had a beautiful wedding on the beach in front of complex for my brother in law and his new wife. Also, many compliments to your wife or whoever decorated, my wife said she would just love to move in or take everything home! I saw all of the positive comments about this unit/owner before we stayed and now I know why! Our vacation was wonderful! This Condo had EVERYTHING! Games, books, DVD's, and not to mention a beautifully decorated living space. The amenities at Adagio are fantastic. The beach and ocean were breathtaking. We will be going back next year for sure!

Bill, Jenny & Family, Your condo by far is the best we've ever stayed in (and we've been guests at Adagio in another unit). Adagio is an awesome place but your unit goes above and beyond what is typically available for use and we appreciated all your special additions such as the DVD's and CD's, beach equipment, etc...The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. We enjoyed many great dinners in as the grills are so close and really nice to use. We LOVED our dinner at 3-Thirty-One and can't believe it's going to close due to bridge widening. Snapperheads also was a favorite. Great drinks and fun atmosphere. Tell your guests not to miss a visit to Modica Market in Seaside. The coffee was great and it's such a cute place. Thanks again. We hope to be your guests again soon!

We have vacationed on the Gulf for 30 years and your home is by far the most enjoyable yet. My husband and sons are music fanatics and your collection was so inspiring to them (something for everyone). We ate at Redfish and Pandora's at your suggestion and both were wonderful. We dined with friends at their home in Sandestin one night and other than that, took advantage of your outstanding kitchen and cooked. We utilized the grill which was very close to the unit and the best I have seen at a complex. Your condo has all the comforts of home and more! Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us, we will definitely return.
