UNIT (E-204) FEATURES: This elegant but very family friendly 2nd floor condo has everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true. The condo has almost 1,800 square feet of living space and another 300 square feet of tiled balcony/deck which overlooks the 8,000 square foot pool. The ocean is visible from the balcony. The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths and sleeps 10. The two master bedrooms include LG 23" LCD flat panel combo DVD/TV's. The third bedroom includes a 19" DVD/VCR TV combo. The living room features a magnificent 32" LCD flat screen TV with a Bose Series 3-2-1 DVD entertainment system. The Condo features ten foot ceilings with crown molding throughout, 18"x18" polished stone floors (laid diagonally with design borders), high-speed ethernet internet access at the bar area of the condo and high-speed wireless internet at the pools, 3 cm granite countertops with beveled edge, stainless steel appliances with ice maker, Viking wine cellar, tumbled polished stone tile back-splashes, tumbled polished stone tile dual vanity countertops in the master bath, oversize whirlpool tubs, double-headed glass showers with built-in seating, and tumbled polished stone tile walls and floor.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. Also, if needed, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper and a twin sized sleeper chair in the living room. All the bedrooms have an attached full bathroom with a garden whirlpool tub in the master bedroom.
LOCATION: Adagio is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach on the highest bluff on the Gulf of Mexico. Destin and Sandestin are only seven miles west of Adagio. Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach are just to the East on 30-A.
ADAGIO COMPLEX FEATURES: The gated complex features two heated pools (including an 8,000 square foot pool and a 1,700 gulf side infinity edge pool), a whirlpool, recreation facility, meeting-banquet room.

We have traveled for 20 years to the panhandle and we all said that yours has been the best yet with all the little extras as music, DVD etc.. RESERVATION SECURITY DEPOSIT: The amount of the deposit required is 25% of the total rental amount. The full amount of the Reservation Security Deposit will be credited towards your rent at check-in. The Reservation Security Deposit may be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa, or American Express). Must be at least 25 years old to rent. NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN CONDO.
Check-In Procedure: Check-in and checkout will occur at the on-site Adagio Sales and Rental office. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. (Central Time). Guests who will be arriving after hours should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival.
Checkout Procedure: Checkout time is no later than 10:00 a.m. (Central Time).

The Scenic 30-a area (South Walton Beach) provides an experience that is relaxing. My family loves the area for its charm, scenic beauty and the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald green waters. The area also offers many unique shops, excellent restaurants and an abundance of golf courses. Water parks, outlet shopping, movies, etc. are all just a short drive away.
5-10 minute drive to a very affordable but great golf course.

I wanted to echo everything Terry said! We had an amazing stay! The beach chair people were the nicest we've ever experienced! They were flexible and just all around really friendly. I LOVED the patio furniture! The lounge chair on the patio was so comfortable! And I loved hearing the water from the pool. I tried to sleep out there a couple times, but my hubby dragged me to bed. The kitchen table and bar stools were wonderful! So often we stay places that sleep all of us, but then have a kitchen table that seats 4. Your place was better equipped and more comfortable than our homes. The movie collection was phenomenal! The only thing that really bothered us was that we had to LEAVE!!!! As Terry said, we're trying to stop mourning, but can actually hear it calling our names, beckoning our return! If you ever need anyone to "house sit" that amazing Adagio condo, look no further! Terry and I are at your service, ready and available on a moments notice! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us! Have a great day!

Sorry it has taken me so long to email you. I have been in "mourning" ever since we got home from our beach trip. We had a "wonderful" stay at your condo and look forward to many more returns to it. The weather was beautiful and the water was clear (a little seaweed for a fews days) with green flags every day. It was great having two King beds since we were with another family. I think everyone slept very comfortably. We ate fresh seafood in the condo most nights, but the adults did manage to get out on Tues. and went to the Smiling Fish Café. It was ok, but my husband is a great cook and we actually like his food better. It does have great atmoshere and the food is very good. Thanks for the suggestion.
