The cottage has one deck overlooking the beautiful gulf! There are also two patios - one for lounging and one for eating and grilling.
The ocean and pool are about 75 yards from the home, on the gulf-side of 30-A - a one-minute walk from the cottage down a cobblestone sidewalk. The heated, community pool overlooks ocean.
With the quiet beach, scenic pool, bustling Rosemary, and restaurants and shopping, you will never want to leave!

This cottage is perfect for a stay at the beach except for one major headache. Resort Quest will only give you one pass card to get through the security gate into the complex and if you have two cars it is miserable. You have to coordinate your going and coming or someone has to stay close to the gate to let returning occupants back in so you aren't free to go to the pool or beach. As much as i like this location, i will find another place for my annual Christmas vacation.
