I am a retired executive in the food service business who always had a strong interest in real estate and vacation rentals. I purchased my first vacation rental in 1989 and currently own seven properties in various parts of Hawaii and California.
Why the Owner Chose Waialua
The north shore of Oahu has always had a very unique appeal to me. It is a tourist destination less traveled as there are almost no hotels or motels in the area. The small community of Waialua is just two miles from the town of Haleiwa, and my condo is one of the few oceanfront condos on the north shore. Direct oceanfront condos are rare on the north shore. The mega surfing community provides an interesting backdrop the the natural beauty here.

Sunsets on the penthouse lanai are unparalled. The quirky town of Haleiwa is a pleasure to walk around and dine in.
