The sugar-white beaches and amusement park are within walking distance as well as boating access to the Gulf. You will be centrally located on Thomas Drive to Panama City Beach's best restaurants and activities.
Relax out on your covered patio in this ground floor unit that is nicely decorated in beach decor. This unit overlooks a beautiful view of the private lake with fountain. Just a quick walk around the corner is the pool area and private boat dock on beautiful Grand Lagoon.
The entrance to the Villas is on Joan Avenue. Hammerhead Fred's Oyster Bar is located across the street and Wendy's is on the edge of the property. There is a Mexican restaurant located in the shops at the complex, and also The Winery which is local. Other restaurants are within walking distance, and there is an amusement park adjacent to the property.
Best of all, you can park right outside the front door of your unit and not have to fight the high rise condo crowds.
You will be only a one block walk to beach access and you have lighted tennis courts. For Boaters, you are just a 15 minute ride to Shell Island, dockside restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico. There are barbecue grills near the pool area for your family cookouts.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV with remote. The sofa sleeper in the living room has a queen-size bed for two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, place settings, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer.
For our long term winter time guests, the condo features extra closet and storage space.

My family visited PCB and stayed at this condo. We had a great time and loved the location. The place is very clean and well laid out. We loved being in walking distance of so many places and not to mention the pool and boat docks were just right out the back door. I would definitely consider this place again for my vacation.

We were so pleased with our condo. (I have stayed here several times in the past but it was my friends first visit). It was so clean and comfy! Very homey and decorated very nicely! Everything was perfect. The waterfall just off the patio was very soothing and relaxing. We walked to the beach right across the street and lots of restaurants to choose from. We will make this a yearly trip.

The condo was perfect, easy to find, the photos were very accurate as to how the condo looked , but the view of the pond seemed to be much farther away from the outside patio. I love that it was right off of the patio, and we could watch the ducks. The place was emaculate and grounds very well kept. It was a pieceful and pleasent stay, with neighbors who couldn't be nicer. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and I have already reccomended this jewel to my friends and family. There were so many places within walking distance, the beach, attractions, gift shops and restaurants. The Mellow Mushroom is right across the street and if you feel like driving Captian Anderson's Restaurant owned by a local family has been there for years and it always proves to be an excellant dining experience.

I stayed in this unit for 3 months during my job assignment in Panama City and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you so much for letting me stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Relaxing on the back patio was the best! The view of the pond was perfect and it was really peaceful. The location was close to tons of restaurants and activities. The pool is only a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband, young daughter and I stayed in this unit in August of 2009. We had a great stay. Unit is extremely clean, updated and super comfortable. Decor is inviting, super cute and back porch made for a relaxing spot to kick back and enjoy the turtles in the pond!! Pool was very close and well maintained. Beach access is walking distance for a less populated family part of the beach or very short car ride to a more "P.C." area on the beach. Unit is also within walking distance of a great go-kart/mini golf course, fun beach shops and food. We had a great stay and this will be our homebase in P.C.!!!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful condo for our spring break 2010. It was very spacious for four people! You can't beat the location or the price. It was about a block away from the beach and many restaurants!Owner was very trustworthy and helpful with any questions I had. Whenever I go back to Panama City Beach I would love to rent this condo again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exceptionally clean, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything and easy to get into and out of. We particularly enjoyed the dock for our boat so we only had to launch once during our stay. Everyone we encountered at the complex was nice and friendly and we will certainly stay there again. Enjoy your stay!
