The sugar-white beaches and amusement park are within walking distance as well as boating access to the Gulf. You will be centrally located on Thomas Drive to Panama City Beach's best restaurants and activities.
Relax out on your covered patio in this ground floor unit that is nicely decorated in beach decor. This unit overlooks a beautiful view of the pond with fountain. Just a quick walk around the corner is the pool area and private boat dock on Grand Lagoon.
Best of all, you can park right outside the front door of your unit and not have to fight the high rise condo crowds.
This lagoon front complex has lighted tennis courts and a 3 minute walk to an amusement park. You will be only a one block walk to the beach. For boaters, you are about a 15 minute ride to Shell Island, dockside restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico. There are barbecue grills near the pool area for your family cookouts.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV with remote. The sofa sleeper in the living room has a queen-size bed for two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, place settings, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer.
For our long term winter time guests, the condo features extra closet and storage space.
