This is a new four-bedroom, two-bathroom, luxurious villa with a private, heated pool and a spa in a gated community, sleeps eight to ten people comfortably. It is a 15-minute drive to main gate Disney World, 25 away from Universal Studios and Sea World, two miles from the new Champions Gate Golf Course (a 36-hole championship course), 2 miles away from a large supermarket (Publix), 10 minutes away from 24 hour open Super Walmart. The Orlando International airport is about 35 minutes drive away.

Enjoy the luxury pool furniture. The spa is connected to the screened private heated pool. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

A pool table/billiards, a computer with DSL internet access ( you can hook up your laptop to access internet too), Playstation 2 video game, three Cable TVs, a DVD, and a gas BBQ grill are all provided.

There are total of 4 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, four twin beds which can make another two king beds, and two rollaway beds.Our adorable Mickey and Minnie themed room will bring you a magical dream.

The beauty of our two bay windows (one is in the family room, and one is in a bedroom) will bring you additional enjoyment. The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer. It is an executive home, please go to the owner's website to see more real photos.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience. High chair, crib, and stroller are available upon request.

The local phone call is free. Please ask for our special discount for staying longer than 2 weeks. Referral bonus nights are also provided for introducing your relatives or friends.

  • My family and I really, really enjoyed the vacation home. Everything was so clean and inviting. I love the lay out of the home and felt very comfortable. The area was great and quiet. We were very close to all attractions, grocery stores, etc. I could not have asked for a better vacation home to be in. I was very hard to leave. Thank you so much for the opportunity.   • We spent 10 days over Christmas and New Year's at this house, and had a fabulous time. The location is conveniently located close to Disney world, and our kids loved swimming in the pool every afternoon. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 children, and the house was large enough for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

  • "This was a great house which could of accomodated more than the 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. The kids LOVED the disney room and the master suite was beautiful. Its location is perfect to be close to Disney but not immersed in it. Necessary stores and restaurants were close and directions were perfect to the tee. Made for a great vacation at an affordable price for the holidays!"

  • Corresponding with Henry with the vacation home was wonderful! He made everything so easy, and it made the whole trip so much more relaxing to be able to stay at a house rather than a hotel. And price-wise, it was cheaper than a hotel. We were literally just minutes from everything. It was really nice to be able to relax at the house after a long day at Disney and Seaworld, rather than staying at a hotel. Thanks Henry for making our vacation home enjoyable!

  • For a family of 8 - 6 adults 2 children under 10 yrs we could not have picked a better house or location. All information provided on website gave perfect information on location of house and distance to all Disney and other Orlando parks and shopping. House is only 15 minutes to Disney Main Gate. Was a very easy drive with minimal traffic. Grocery store and drug store only 5 minutes away. House was exactly as shown in photos. We had breakfast at house every morning and dinner 4 nights where we barbequed steaks. Would we rent this house again ..... FOR SURE!!!
