Large, three-story home one mile into Casco Bay on the Flying Point peninsula, "Bay Breeze" includes deeded water accesses 500 feet away. Peaceful setting four miles from downtown Freeport and LL Bean, our peninsula is typically up to 20 degrees cooler than inland locations on the sweltering summer days. Many activities nearby including great bike riding and hiking out the front door! LL Bean paddling center just one mile away.
Gourmet kitchen, great open concept design. Jacuzzi tub and all appliances right down to a blender and a lobster pot, plus furnished patio including a great in table umbrella. Canoe and foosball table also included with rental. Paddle out among the nearby islands and see our local seal and eagle populations.
Two hours from Boston, Acadia National Park, and the White Mountains, this location is terrific for Maine adventures and beyond.
Third story is a great place for the younger generation to hang out and play while the parents enjoy a laid-back dinner or get together with friends.
