Comfortable, three-bedroom home in Knights Hill Association. Large master suite has a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms each have twin beds. Home has a fully equiped kitchen, as well as a screened in porch and two decks located off the back of the home. Lots of amenities. Plenty of room for entertaining.
In the winter, after skiing, which is a five-minute drive from the house to the mountain base, relax in front of the inviting fireplace in our home. Sleding, tubbing, cross country skiing and other winter activites are available.
Summer fun includes great fresh water fishing in Moose Pond, lakeside swimming, hiking, a nearby 18 hole golf course, and a variety of other activities for family entertainment. Knights Hill Association has a sandy beach on Moose Pond just a few minutes walk from the house, large swimming pool, outdoor tennis courts and a basketball court. Vacation rental comes with use of a canoe and kayak located at the water's edge. There is even a local drive-in movie theater in the summertime, as well as a traditional movie theatre in Bridgton.
Tax-free outlet shopping is a short drive away in North Conway, New Hampshire. For those who enjoy antiquing, wonderful shops and nearby country auctions are in Bridgton.
Well behaved dogs are more than welcome. This is a wonderful home for a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for you and a loved one. Four season fun!
