Walk to the beach or enjoy a dip in your own private heated pool. This enormous 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 14 people. Featuring a wonderful private pool and patio area, our home is only a 4 blocks walk to the Venice public beach. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool.

It is a very roomy vacation home and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 sleeper sofa beds (sleeps 6). Plus, it has a living room with terrazzo tile floors, a family room with a wonderful fireplace, a dining room, a sunroom, a lanai with an outdoor bar and a screened in patio with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.

Our Venice Parkdale house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. It also has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom also has a king bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). And, the house has 2 other sleeper beds (sleeps 4).

Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and all 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard includes a very nice patio area with lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our Venice Florida villa is located at 312 Parkdale Drive in Venice Florida. Note: Pool is heated by brand new Gulf Stream 1000 Turbo electric heating system. This home is owned by Venice Sunshine LLC. Steve Milo is an owner and managing member of Venice Sunshine LLC.
