From the first sight of this colorful, dream cycle orange, trimmed in blue, white and yellow house you will feel like you are in a rainbow. The colors extend into the interior as well. A large foyer opens up to the living, dining and kitchen area with surround windows that catch a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa sound that is within 40 feet of the front door. The Gulf of Mexico is within a two minute walk. My house is located in a quaint little Village with about 20 other houses and we have our own pool for the little ones and adults and a boat dock and pier for fishing and mooring of boats or jet skis.

HOUSE HAS BEEN REMODLED WITH ALL NEW CABINETS W/GRANITE TOPS - PLASMA TV'S 2009

There is one twin bed and a set of bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom with a TV and Bath. The upstairs bedroom has two full beds that can be used separately or pushed together for a large king with it's own balcony, TV and it's own bath. The master bedroom (king-size bed) has white wicker furniture, double sinks, jacuzzi bath, separate shower, TV with it's own porch and a hammock. Every room in the house has a different color.

You can see the water from all windows in the house and from each bedroom as well.

The kitchen is fully supplied. There is a washer and dryer. The living room has a pool table for entertainment when the weather turns rainy and a "token only" slot machine for the gamblers in your party.

There is a chair and ottoman in the living room along with a recliner that sit in front of the TV and beware because these chairs will bring on SLEEP like you have not experienced before.

I CHOSE THE NAVARRE BEACH AREA FOR THE PEACE AND QUIET OF BEACH LIVING AND ENJOYING BEING SURROUNDED BY WATER AND EXPIERENCING THE SEALIFE ALONG THE SANTA ROSA SOUND AND THE GULF OF MEXICO. I ALSO WAS THE PARENT OF A WONDERFUL DOG (CHILD TO ME) THAT NEEDED A PLACE TO BE WELCOME TO COME ON VACATION WITH ME WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE "NO DOGS ALLOWED" FACILITIES. I PURCHASED THIS BEACH HOUSE SO THAT MY "LITTLE BIT" COULD DIG IN THE SAND WHEN EVERY SHE WANTED.

The Unique Benefits at this House

HAVING A GLASS OF WINE ON MY PRIVATE BOAT DOCK AT SUNSET IS WITHOUT WORDS OF DESCRIPTION. WALKING TO THE BEACH FOR THE DAY AND BEING ABLE TO TAKE EVERYTHING WITH ME WITH NO EFFORT IS GREAT ON THESE OLD LEGS. BEING ABLE TO RIDE ON WATERCRAFT IN THE SANTA ROSA SOUND AND PLAY IN THE WATER. THE WEATHER IS ALWAYS NICE EVEN IN THE WINTER. BEING ABLE TO DRIVE A HALF MILE FOR AN UPSCALE DINNER OR BATHING SUIT HAMBURGER AND NOT WAIT IN LINE FOR DINNER MORE THAN 10 TO 15 MINUTES IS KEY TO WASTED TIME. BEING WITHIN 15 MILES TO THEME PARKS, ZOOS, SHOPPING MALLS, AIRPORTS, MUSEUMS, BIG CITIES, NOISE, LOTS OF PEOPLE, ETC. IS A PLUS WHEN I WANT THAT. BEING ABLE TO DRIVE A SCENIC ROUTE THAT IS FEDERALLY PROTECTED FROM ANY BUILDING IS RARE AND BE ABLE TO STOP AND PARK AND GO TO A BEACH AREA THAT IS TOTALLY SECLUDED IS AWESOME.
