Our home contains 2,400 square feet of air-conditioned, luxury living space for your vacation enjoyment. The house is centrally located on the waterway close to all amenities including shopping, restaurants, Mackle Park and the crescent white sand beaches - just one mile to Residents Beach and two and a half miles to Tigertail Beach or South Beach.
The open floor plan features beautiful 15 foot trayed ceilings and large sliders which disappear into the wall to allow for that outdoor Florida feeling. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private den equipped with a computer, printer and wireless broad-band internet access.
The focal point of the home is the large heated pool and the view of the waterway beyond the screened lanai. There is also a hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. The house features a formal dining room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms have cable TV and a DVD player or VCR. In addition there is a large screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system in the family room. A central stereo system with volume controls in each room allows for music listening throughout the house and on the lanai.
There is also a dock for your boat or personal watercraft and quick indirect access to the Gulf. You can catch a glimpse of dolphins or the occasional manatee from our dock.
You can be as busy as you want or as relaxed as you want in paradise - Marco Island and our vacation home have it all!

Just concluded our rental here. Everything was as stated or better.I'd recommend this property to anyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I found that sign near the pool and I'd say I would definitely agree. The house was beautiful. Honestly the pictures on the website fail to do it justice. It was very clean and had everything we needed, other than some groceries. It was only a short drive to the beach (or on a cooler day, a walk). The pool and hot tub were clean and ready and we made good use of them. We did some fishing in the canal out back and caught quite a few. Mornings & evenings are the best time to be at the canal as the marine life gets quite active (one morning we saw a stingray swim by with a school of large fish in tow). The house itself was very well thought out! We were able to visit Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove (swam with dolphins....highly recommend it!) and we also rented a pontoon boat and explored the canals of Naples. Had a wonderful time. The only mistake we made was renting the house for only a week. We'll be back..... Dave & Pat, Thank-you.........
