We had stayed at the Maui Kamaole for years and during these visits viewed many condominiums in South Kihei and feel Maui Kamaole is the best..
Other properties appeared to be more of a hotel turned into a condo complex or a tiny apartment converted. The Maui Kamaole Resort was designed as a residential condominium. The property is known for its lush landscaping and the condos are spread out over 23 acres. The architectural design offers more usable space with 2 lanai's, plenty of storage and closet space.

While working for an airline for many years we visited Maui often and stayed at our friend’s condo. They were one of the original owners of the Maui Kamaole and attended the ground breaking blessing ceremony. We always wanted to have a home of our own in Maui and in 2003 the opportunity presented itself to purchase Maui Kamaole B114.
Having traveled extensively, we still find Maui to be our favorite place. With its “Aloha Spirit”, beautiful weather, great beaches, relaxing atmosphere and a world of things do to for everyone. After all these years we have not gotten enough nor seen and done it all. While in Maui we have met many new people with whom we have established lifetime friendships. Renting our condo has been a wonderful experience and we have loved sharing the joy we feel with others. We visit Maui often to get away from fast paced California and to maintain and upgrade our home away from home. Soon we will be able to retire and make it permanent.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at B114 in March 2009. This is an excellent condo located across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach . It is very quiet with very little traffic and no street noise. The condo itself was nicely furnished, very clean and has all the comforts of home. It is a few steps away from one of the pools and was well equipped with boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, you name it they supplied it. We booked directly with the owners, Jodi and Ed, who were excellent to work with. We would highly recommend this unit. Thanks so much Jodi and Ed for sharing your lovely Maui home with us. Maui Kamaole unit B114 is a very comfortable condo. The owners have provided well appointed accomodation we were very pleased to have wireless internet connection. Maui Kamaole is ideally situated in Maui on the cusp of Kihei/ Wailea. This development affords you the reasonability of Kihei and the beautiful Kamaole beaches, with the close proximity to upmarket Wailea. The owners of unit B114 were very hospitable and gave us excellent advice on car rental (saved us a fortune!!!).

We stayed in unit B114 and we highly recommend it! The location is great. A short walk to the beach and set back from the road, traffic noise is not a problem. Maui Kamaole is a ten minute walk from the main shops and restaurants in Kihei, and a short 5 minutes drive from Wailea (and Big Beach). The unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay, including beach gear. Unit is very well maintained. It was a great place for our honeymoon!

My wife and I celebrated one last hurrah before our first-born arrives in August. This condo was a fantastic retreat from the mainland, and as we were a little hesitant about paying for a week sight-unseen, we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and comforts of B114: the beach equipment, well-stocked kitchen, island decor, cleanliness, and all of the fine details of the condo. We enjoyed the location--close to Kihei and Wailea both, a quick walk to the beach where migrating whales frolicked offshore everyday. What an experience! The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed the two pools, jacuzzis, and barbeque facilities. We would recommend this place if you are looking to escape the high-rise hotels elsewhere on the island.
