Condo was roomy, clean, pretty and central. Grounds were exceptional, a small botanical garden with housing! Lots of amenities. The condo lived up to the listing and I would recommend it. So close to so many good swimming/snorkeling beaches. Some shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Owner was organized, accessible and friendly. Would return in a heart beat.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Found the unit VERY CLEAN and FULLY equipted. Jodi made the booking sooo easy and was very helpful after we arrived.We are currently re-booking for next year which says it all. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks again for makong it a GRAT place to holiday.

We traveled to Maui to get married. Jodi is friendly and extremely helpful and made booking a breeze! The condo is very clean and in great proximaty to the best pool on the property (which is AMAZINGLY warm! -- perfect for our toddler son) and many great beaches and restaurants. We plan on returning next year to celebrate our anniversary and book with Jodi again!

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great rental condo. Nicely decorated and recently renovated. All the comforts of home including boogie board, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. The heated pool just steps away was great at night when you want to get a little wet before retiring to bed. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we're in Hawaii.

We stayed at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, spaceous and has all the amenities. Washer/dryer, fridge/stove/dishwasher, etc. Great TV too! It was quiet and in a great location - close to the beach and the pool What more could you ask for?!! It is also central to a lot of the sights and sounds of Maui. We booked directly with the owner - Ed and Jodi. Jodi (also a travel agent) was very helpful in booking us our luau (Ole Lahaina Luau - definitely a must!) and tours. We highly recommend this condo for your Maui stay. It truly was a home away from home. Mahalo Ed & Jodi for making our 10th anniversary so special!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at B114 in March 2009. This is an excellent condo located across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach . It is very quiet with very little traffic and no street noise. The condo itself was nicely furnished, very clean and has all the comforts of home. It is a few steps away from one of the pools and was well equipped with boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, you name it they supplied it. We booked directly with the owners, Jodi and Ed, who were excellent to work with. We would highly recommend this unit. Thanks so much Jodi and Ed for sharing your lovely Maui home with us. We stayed at Maui Kamaole B114 for our honeymoon and couldn't have been more pleased. The entire process was as smooth as it could be. Jodi was so helpful with travel arrangements and much more. The condo was amazing! Most of all, it was our home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! We look forward to returning!

Maui Kamaole unit B114 is a very comfortable condo. The owners have provided well appointed accomodation we were very pleased to have wireless internet connection. Maui Kamaole is ideally situated in Maui on the cusp of Kihei/ Wailea. This development affords you the reasonability of Kihei and the beautiful Kamaole beaches, with the close proximity to upmarket Wailea. The owners of unit B114 were very hospitable and gave us excellent advice on car rental (saved us a fortune!!!).

We stayed in unit B114 and we highly recommend it! The location is great. A short walk to the beach and set back from the road, traffic noise is not a problem. Maui Kamaole is a ten minute walk from the main shops and restaurants in Kihei, and a short 5 minutes drive from Wailea (and Big Beach). The unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay, including beach gear. Unit is very well maintained. It was a great place for our honeymoon!

Jodi and Ed, For our first time renting privately from a website, we were very pleasantly surprised. Our emails were promptly responded to, and Jodi couldn't have been more helpful. The condo was in a great location, away from the busyness of Kihei, and the grounds were gorgeous. The condo itself afforded privacy . We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and decorating, and the well equipped kitchen and laundry rooms; even books and Hawaiian CDs! The info. book was a big help. You have obviously set up your condo the way you would want one if you were to rent. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Maui a vacation to cherish. Our stay here exeeded our expectations! The funishings were beautiful and like new. Many extras like beach toys and chairs were great to have. Most of all Jodi has been so helpful in getting us discounted airfare and referencing us to other tips on our travels. 6 Stars!!!

My wife and I celebrated one last hurrah before our first-born arrives in August. This condo was a fantastic retreat from the mainland, and as we were a little hesitant about paying for a week sight-unseen, we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and comforts of B114: the beach equipment, well-stocked kitchen, island decor, cleanliness, and all of the fine details of the condo. We enjoyed the location--close to Kihei and Wailea both, a quick walk to the beach where migrating whales frolicked offshore everyday. What an experience! The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed the two pools, jacuzzis, and barbeque facilities. We would recommend this place if you are looking to escape the high-rise hotels elsewhere on the island.

We had a wonderful week at the Maui Kamaole and would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. The owners have really gone beyond expectations to provide anything a visitor would possibly use. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the extra touches. The condo was very clean with great linens. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen and picnic supply closet were well equipped, and the laundry facilities were most convenient. Our experience was easy, hassle-free, and the owners were most pleasant to correspond with. We can't wait to go back.

Jodi, Just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Maui. Your condo was great. The Maui Kamaole, we think, has the best landscaping around the buildings compared with the other resorts we drove past. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from your patio, and watching the clouds over the west Maui mountains. Your condo was very well equipped. The beach chairs were great. The Kamaole beaches were very convenient. The Luao at the Maui Prince Hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the Pacific Whale Foundation snorkel trip from Lahaina to Lanai and saw both bottle-nosed and spinner dolphins. We made the Hana drive an overnight trip and enjoyed a very secluded overnight at Hono Kalani Cottage. Thanks so much for making your condo available. We really enjoyed staying there and relaxing and enjoying Maui. Gary & Sue R.

Stayed in B114 for a week. Located just outside city and just minutes away from stores and restaurants. B114 had lots of extras which was greatly apprciated like cooler, beach towels, spices, paper towels etc. Very nicely decorated, very comfortable. Grounds are clean and security is a priority. Looking forward to returning in the future to B114. Check it out!

We stayed in Maui Kamaole B114 for 7 nights during August 2006. The condo is very nice and VERY clean. It's by far the best furnished rental we've ever stayed in. It's located across the street from a pool, and the beach is a short walk down the hill. Kihei is a busy place with lots of restaurants, bars, shops----and traffic. Maui Kamaole is at the south end of Kihei where it's much quieter and only a short walk or drive to restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend B114 for a stay.

The condo at Maui Kamole has all the creature comforts of home......even snorkeling equipment! I found both the grounds and the location to be very nice and being in South Kihei gives you the feeling of almost being in Wailea without feeling like you have the traffic of central Kihei. I would recommends Ed and Jodi's place without any reservation.

We were at Maui Kamaole beginning of April and we can say that this was one of our best vacation experiences. We travel a lot, at least 5 times a year and this was one of the best 2 experiences we had. The apartment is clean with a good supply of everything you need (including stuff for the beach) + it is in a good location. Since we saw some other apartments in the same complex and around we can safely say that this is absolutely the best out of what we saw. Jody and Ed have created a pleasant surrounding for themselves, apparently, but they are not shy to share with us and the others. From our point of view the apartment is ideal for a couple maybe with up to two kids. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would soon repeat it.

My husband and I just returned from 8 days of bliss. Your condo, B114 at Maui Kamaole, was a huge part of the trip's success for us. We stay at a lot of condos in our travel, but never have we been to one that has been so well equipped for long distance visitors. Jodi, you seem to have anticipated our every need - from your suggestion that we pick up a copy of "Maui Revealed" (which is excellent!) to your own personal binder about Maui and what it has to offer. The unit itself, was fresh, clean, tastefully decorated (to the point that we went looking for, and found, a piece similar to your surf board art displayed at the unit) and in addition to the usual kitchen utensils, you supplied us with dish detergent, laundry detergent, plenty of tupperware for lunch at the beach, and every kind of cocktail glass or beach/pool equipment you could possibly desire. Each morning we'd have breakfast on one lanai, and then bring our books to the private lanai off the bedroom to catch a few early rays of sun before packing up the cooler for our daily jaunt to the beach...Hana...Paia, etc. Although we did eat out a few times, we found ourselves perfectly happy to go back to our unit and spark up one of the several available gas grills that the complex has to offer for a delicious home cooked meal. At everyone's suggestion, we did a bulk shopping trip to Costco early on, and then made the most of this during our stay. With the great kitchen (with more good cooking tools than I have at home!), it was a no-brainer. We also noticed, that of the various complexes in Kihei, Maui Kamaole appeared to have the most luscious landscaping. It was quite noticable from the street, and especially so, once you entered the complex. The nearest pool/hot tub is close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to ensure that noise is not an issue. Ditto with the main road and beach. Although we found our favorite beach to be a bit further down at Keawakpu. We also discovered that, quite by accident, we landed in a great location on the island. We had not anticipated that traffic could be such a problem on Maui, but the couple of times we tried to drive out to Lahaina, we were stuck in jams that were so long, we turned around and went back to South Maui, where there's plenty to do, but not as much traffic. We had been told that this was a great condo, but it far exceeded our expectations! The grounds are beautiful, the location is great, and the home itself it perfect. We found it stocked with everything we needed for our visit. From spices in the kitchen, to beach toys in the closet, it was all there for our use. They had even provided a CD guided tour for the road trip to Hana (a must do). We hope to return to Maui someday, and we will certainly make this our home again.

Ewan & I had a wonderful time at the condo (B114 - Maui Kamaole). This was our belated honeymoon, and we had ditched the kids :) at home. At the condo we were able to make ourselves at home, which was more comfortable to us than staying at a hotel. We were close enough to the beach, but not right on the main road. The pool was great, and we even had some friends over for a BBQ one night (the BBQ area was perfect for that). We loved Kihei, and probable would not stay anywhere else in the future. While we were there, Ewan and I did the Old Lahina Luau, the Molokini cruise on the Quicksilver (he went scuba diving & had a blast), and rode horses across the Haleakala Crater (what an experience .. wow). It was one of the best vacations I've ever had. Although we were glad we had a chance to get away from the girls, by the end of the vacation we were missing them badly. Every family we saw at the pools and beaches made us miss them more. The way I saw it, if we could have had them sent there to us, I could've stayed another month or so :) Needless to say, we loved Maui, and the condo & look forward to a return visit (this time with the girls)!!!!

Aloha Jodi - I wanted to thank you for use of your condo in beautiful Maui. We had a wonderful vacation and are very sad to be back on the mainland today. We enjoyed use of your boogie boards...what a great addition! We also had a great snorkeling trip to Molokini where we spotted several whales on the way there and back. Jodi,Just wanted to tell you what a great time we had in Maui!!!! The condo was great; we loved the SAFE in the condo, great feature to store all your goodies!The “activity” closet was stocked well and covered a wide range of things to do! Your condo location to the pool/hot tub, registration and your parking spot was fantastic…. It couldn’t get any better! The décor was fantastic, the cleaning supplies, the linens, towels, etc… it was all there!!! We loved the timer feature on the A/C units, this way you never had to worry about leaving them on. Excellent condo, it had everything we needed!!!Thanks again!!!!!

Aloha Jodi, We had an absolute wonderful time! Your place is beautiful - just what we were looking for. Our kid was fascinated with the pull out couch - seems like this was the highlight of his vacation. We drove all over the island and spent quite a bit of time at big beach. What a gorgeous place! We also took your advice and went for dinner at Mama's Fishhouse in Paila which was just wonderful (needless to say, a fancy restaurant seemed a complete waste on our kid who thought the meal was too "fishy" and then jumped out of the window to play at the beach). Hi Jodi, Everything was great. We loved your condo. We went to Roy's, Longhi's, KKO & Stella Blues for breakfast, Tommy Bahama, Sansei, Vietnamese Cuisine in the Azeka shopping center and Paia Fish Market. Paia Fish Market is our favorite place. It's a great inexpensive meal and great people watching. We did a lot this trip. We hiked and jumped off waterfalls, snorkeled and kayaked. We even went up Haleakala and saw the Iao valley. It was a great time and we appreciate you letting us stay at your condo. I recommended your place to my colleague in Atlanta. He and his wife may be making a trip to Maui this Fall. We're recommending your place to all our family and friends if they can get away. You definitely have a little chunk of paradise over there. Best to you and your family, Scott Williams

Hi Jodi, Your condo was beautiful! It was everything you had advertised and more! The grounds were immaculate and our visit was very enjoyable. I have already recommended it to some of my friends. We did lots of fun things including biking down Haleakale, snorkle trip to Lanai, and golfing. Your condo was the perfect location for getting everywhere on the island.
