Brand new home from May 2005!! Nestled within Emerald Island Resort, which is only three miles away from Disney’s park entrance and has easy access to local restaurants and supermarkets. This twenty-four hour gated community is the most elegant and beautiful in Orlando area surrounded by conservancy, palm trees, large ponds and fountains. Its clubhouse also provides many facilities and concierge service.
We built this home for our family’s enduring love for Disney. We have added many upgrades and considered lots of details to make it an extraordinary vacation home. It is our desire that your stay here will make some of your greatest Disney memories ever.
This home includes five bedrooms, three baths, an upgraded pool with spa which can be heated, and luxurious and comfortable furnishings.
The five bedrooms are two master suites at opposite ends of the home, each with its own private bath, one full bedroom, two twin Disney-themed bedrooms. Each room is furnished with brand name mattresses for your sleeping comfort, luxury bed linens, nightstands with lamps, local telephone and alarm clock. Armoire or dresser with large cable TV is also provided in the two master suites.
The two twin bedrooms are specially decorated with Disney themes for kids surprise and joy. Adding the Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, this house will make the perfect vacation for any family or group of up to twelve. The three bathrooms are located perfectly to add luxury and privacy to the master suites as well as the convenience to the rest.
Living Room is open to the pool with a sliding door. It contains an oversized sleeper sofa and an accent chair. Entertainment center is furnished with 27 Panasonic cable TV, Panasonic home theater, and DVD player. Local telephone is available.
Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and dinner service for twelve. The kitchen nook and a spacious dining table for four present an informal dining with a view of the pool, and a separate dining room is also located near the kitchen.
A great way to relax after a long day in the parks is to enjoy our upgraded pool. Our fully screen enclosed pool is custom built with a spill over from the raised spa. Unlike most homes in the area, our pool and spa have separate heating systems so you can adjust the temperature accordingly. There is a safety net around the pool in accordance with the newest safety regulations and for your family's safety. The extended lanai features Nautical patio furniture, floats, and pool toys.
