Two bedroom, two bathroom Condo del Mar, 'Condo of the Sea' is decorated in a softly muted Mexican Style. There is a new Weber gas barbeque grill on the rear patio, just steps from the kitchen. Condo del Mar is equipped with a superior water purification system.
Luxurious Condo del Mar is located just a short stroll from the town plaza where you will find seafood markets, fruit and vegetable shops, variety stores, pharmacies, doctors and a dentist, as well as more than twenty five good restaurants! From this convenient oceanfront location you can walk everywhere in Bucerias. The bus is just a short block away and offers frequent service to all points in the Bay. Bucerias is also serviced by local taxis and there is secured parking in the complex if you choose to rent a car. We spent the last six weeks at Condo Del Mar. We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a perfect location...close to restaurants and the village centre. Easy walking distance to anywhere you might want to go. Short bus ride to Mega for grocery shopping . The condo itself was very comfortable and enjoyed the balcony with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and beautiful Mexican glassware and dishes. Absolutely great pool...lots of seating and plenty of umbrellas for shade. Sally, the property manager is great..lots of information ,very helpful and very welcoming. There were a number of owners here during our stay and they were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. This was one of the nicest vacations we have had in Bucerias. We would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We headed to this apartment in Calibri Condos planning to stay for one week and loved it so much we stayed for 3 1/2! This is an amazing place - the apartment itself is not only fully equipped with everything you need - from wine glasses to fine sheets and towels - but it is artistically decorated as well with strong attention to fitting in to Mexican decor. There is a lovely view from the deck where you can gaze at the ocean in the mornings and watch the various birds soaring and sit in the evenings for fabulous sunsets. Out front is a wonderful pool which looks directly out at the ocean. There is a direct entry onto the beach where you can swim or walk for miles! Big bonus - some of the best restaurants in Bucerius (of which there are an astonishing number) are a short walk down the beach from this place. We've visited many parts of Mexico and stayed in many beautiful places but for us this was number one!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely beachfront condo. This unit is beautifully appointed and felt very comfortable. The set up having the two bedrooms not share a wall was very appreciated as we went as two couples and felt we all enjoyed time together but still were able to have privacy. The building management were very helpful but never in your space while enjoying your holiday. As we had rented a car during our stay, we also felt the parking was great for convenience as well as security. The location was very convent to many restaurants and the beach which made every need very accessible. Over all, we really had a great week!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a gorgeous property with a breathtaking ocean view. The directions given by the property manager made it very easy to find the property and get into our room. She met us just after our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. She had fresh water waiting in our room, which is always nice on your arrival to Mexico! As soon as we arrived we loved it. The view from the room is of the beautiful infinity pool in the foreground and the ocean out to the horizon. We have stayed in two condos on this property and this one (right at the top) definitely has the best view! The condo makes you feel like you are anywhere but Mexico; it is very modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool is a beautiful and there are lots of chairs and umbrellas for lying out in the sun. The beach is long and gorgeous and you can walk for miles. Bucerias needs a whole review of its own, but it's quite simply wonderful. The food is fantastic with lots of great restaurants and the town is small and feels somewhat local. This condo is only a couple blocks from the center of town so the location couldn't be more perfect. I absolutely recommend Bucerias and this condo. My family loved it!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are a Canadian couple, looking towards retirement in the next few years when we hope to spend winters at Condo del Mar and enjoy all that Bucerias and the Puerto Vallarta area have to offer. In the meantime, we are happy to open our condo for others to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Bucerias:
We vacationed in Bucerias several times and love the beach, the town and the friendly people. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship on the building which was built by a very well know American developer. Of course, one the the biggest things for us was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION--can't be beat!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to eat out at all the wonderful restaurants in Bucerias. There are many places that offer evening entertainment and most are within easy walking distance of the condo. We usually rent a car when we are there -- but the bus is convenient and fun -- and taxis are readily available from the town square. With a car we can easily explore nearby towns and other beaches and make little day trips for ourselves. There are lots of little Mexican mini supers, fruit and vegetable stores and fish and meat markets in Bucerias and a large modern supermarket just a few minutes from the condo.
