This Spectacular executive vacation property is located in Muskoka, Ontario’s Number One year round vacation destination.
This new luxury property is an easy one and a half hours north of Toronto on the beautiful waters of the pristine Trent Severn Waterway (now designated as a Canadian Heritage waterway). The 3600 square foot cottage is brand new and offers comfortable, spacious living and activities for everyone. The building was designed and built for year round enjoyment. Over 1000 square feet of decking on two levels provide beautiful views of the lake.
Extensive glass provides panoramic views of the lake and of golden sunsets. Cathedral cedar ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace in the "great room" give a relaxed rustic feel to the property, while new appliances, granite countertops and two whirlpool tubs mean that you won’t miss out on any comforts.
On the main level you will find a large, fully equipped open concept kitchen looking out on a 40 foot "great room" which includes living area with wood-burning fireplace and natural stone hearth, games area, eating area and walkout to screened-in eating area and deck. A master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom are located off each end of the "great room." There are walkouts to a deck that runs the full length of the cottage from the master suites on each end of the cottage, the screened in eating area, the dining area and the living area. There is outdoor dining for eight at a hardwood dining set.
Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living area with a gas fireplace, laundry facilities and a large utility room. This lower level also has lots of glass along the front and walkouts to a second level of deck that also runs the full length of the cottage.
Enjoy the four seasons in all of their splendour. Spring and summer mean swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing by the shoreline. Autumn brings Indian Summer, harvest moons and North America's most spectacular fall colours. Winter offers snowshoeing and easy access to thousands of kilometres of groomed snowmobile trails. Downhill and cross country ski resorts are located nearby.
