Why the Owner Chose Edgewater
We looked up and down the gulf before we settled on Edgewater Beach resort. The reason was the unique building with its large unit sizes, ocean front location with great view from the wall to wall sliding doors from each room and large balcony, the resort-like property including the large private beach.

After moving from Norway several years ago, I started spending weekends and vacations in the Destin area. I found the beach, the water, the national parks, and the settings to be spectacular. It matches the best vacations spots the world has to offer including the French Rivera, Caribbean, Hawai and the Norwegian coast line. Unit 609 has undergone extensive and very high end renovations. My guests return year after year. You will not be disappointed - guaranteed.

We enjoyed a great girls weekend at the property in Sept 2011. The room was very clean, spacious, and the views and proximity to the beach are incredible. We will definately stay again!!

I make many trips to the Destin area and this condo in Edgewater was one of my favorites! Location is perfect, close to outlets, restaurants, and the beach is spectacular. I rented a paddleboard and beach chairs, umbrella's and had the PERFECT day with friends. So nice to avoid the crowds and extra expense of Seaside, and the condo is beautiful and comfortable with a great view.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I just stayed at this condo this month and this place is great! The condo is furnished very nicely and has an amazing view of the ocean. It is very close to shopping and dining; this location is perfect! I will rent this place again in the future!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
