Why the Owner Chose Edgewater
We looked up and down the gulf before we settled on Edgewater Beach resort. The reason was that unique building with its extra large unit sizes, full Gulf view from wall to wall sliding doors from each room and large balcony, and the resort-like property including the private beach, which is much larger/wider than most resorts.

Having moved from Oslo, Norway after college to the US, I immediately started spending weekends and vacations in the Destin area. I find the beach, the water and the many national parks, and the general setting to be spectacular and the best.
