Windsong 5 is a large, low density townhouse in the heart of Mexico Beach, Fl. Located one block south of HWY 98, you get the convience and easy access without the noise and traffic. The unit is only 30 minutes east of Panama City Florida.
Known as the "The Forgotten Coast", Mexico Beach is a small quiet beach community without the noise and congestion of people. This area is known to have some of the cleanest and safest beaches in Florida. There is plenty of marine life to view such as dolphins, stingray, sea turtle nests, and the ever popular sand crabs to hunt at night.
This 2000 square foot Gulf Front Non-Smoking unit has two balconies that overlook the beach, one off the master bedroom and one off the main living area. The main level includes a combination living, kitchen, and dining area. Also on the first floor is a bath off the hall and a twin bedroom. The floor is covered with cermanic tile throughout the main living area, halls and all baths while the bedrooms are covered in carpet. The unit is fully furnished including 2 refrigerators and a well equiped kitchen.
The upper level includes a queen bedroom with bath and a king suite with a large master bath and walk in closet. Off the master bedroom is the second deck that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. A laundry room with full size appliances is on the upper level. Parking is directly underneath the unit and additional space is provided in the complex parking lot.

Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach
After our unit was hit in Gulf Shores by hurricane Ivan, we decided to find a new location to purchase away from the hustle and over crowding that so many beach communities have experienced. A friend recommended we look in Mexico Beach Florida and we fell in love with the small community and wonderful sunsets.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We are on the beach in a small townhouse complex. When we get up in the morning, I can go out on the deck with a cup of coffee and listen to the ocean. Almost every morning, I see dolphins feeding in the water. Different times of the year we have humming birds in the palm tree out front and butterflies migrating through. It is very quite and our family loves it.
