Relax and enjoy this newly decorated and fully furnished, two bedroom home in a quiet, family-oriented, private subdivision just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The village offers a community pool and a gated community dock.
We are bordered on the east by the State Park and public beach and to the west by the National Seashore. This home is located just steps from the dune walkover across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This is the narrowest part of the island making it easy to access the Gulf or the Sound.
Enter through the front porch to the large living room that has two new Queen-Size convertible sofas and a wicker chaise. There is plenty of room to stretch and relax and catch a quick nap after a long day at the beach. It has a big screen TV with cable access. There is also a DVD available for your use and as an additional bonus, Wireless Internet is provided.
The dining room is separate and seats six to eight. From the nearby kitchen, you can prepare and serve your gourmet meals. There is a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, microwave, as well as all the other appliances, cooking tools, and bakeware you will need. Dish service for 12 is provided.
A game table with four chairs is available for overflow seating or for card games, etc. A full-size washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are in a separate laundry room.
The King-size master suite is located in the rear of the house and offers a large private bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in closet. The King-size mattress is memory foam for your comfort. Enjoy the incredible sunsets from the porch off the master suite. The second bedroom offers one twin bed and 1 double bunk with a twin bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom. There is an adjoining bath. There is TV with cable access.
The community pool is about 25 yards from the house and offers a great place for the children or adults. There is a beautiful white sand beach at the rear of the subdivision bordering Santa Rosa Sound. This is a safe place for the children when the waves and undertow at the beach is dangerous.
The gated dock is also available bordering the Santa Rosa Sound. A code will be provided. Private boat slip available but please call to inquire about the availability and parking requirements.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people living there. The house is very spacious, clean, and with a good floorplan. The beach was just a short distance away and the dock by the bay is beautiful, at sunrise, sunset, and at night. Navarre Beach is a hidden treasure with just a few high rise condos and the traffic is light. We highly recommend staying at this location.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

My family stayed in the house the week of July 23, 2011. We were looking for a last minute rental which allowed pets, and we found it here. The pictures certainly do not do this house justice. It is much bigger than it looks. I loved that the entire house had tile or wood floors. The second bedroom can sleep 4, with one on the top bunk, two on the bottom, and one in the additional twin bed. Everything you could ever need while on vacation was in the house. It was everything we were looking for and we want to come back next year!

My husband and I honeymooned here, and we loved it!! The house is gorgeous (the pictures do not show the true beauty of the house). It is very colorful, very spacious, and much more! Very private and a peaceful vacation. Great food, and only a few mins away from great shopping in Destin. We fell in love, and will def. be coming back here! Thank you so much for the perfect honeymoon!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was nice to have the flat screen TV during football season!! The tile floors were beautiful and with our pet, they worked out well. The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. We also enjoyed the front porch. We enjoyed being so close to Ft. Walton. We would definitely stay again.
