The Charmac House sits on a large, lake front lot with expansive views of the lake, has a 200-foot childproof pier and sleeps up to six. There are two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a new tile kitchen, fully-equipped, and a great living room with a large fireplace, queen-sized sofa bed and a picture window overlooking the lake. There is a lovely screened in porch as well as a deck where you may leisurely enjoy the outdoors and great views of the sunset over the lake.
The Charmac House is pet friendly but there are certain restrictions and additional fees involved so please consult with me to receive permission prior to bringing your pet.
