Langley house description

Lovely contemporary newer home with ultra modern design accented with unique antique furnishings. This includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including front loader washer and dryer vaulted recessed ceilings and dramatic stair case. we have recently added central air conditioning for those warm Fraser Valley summer days and an outdoor gas fire pit for the cooler valley evenings. There are 4 large bedrooms and a large den. The main master bedroom has a King bed and the ensuite has a beautiful double jacuzzi tub and enclosed glass shower. The second master bedroom has its own 4 piece en-suite including a soaker tub and glass enclosed shower. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a 4 piece en suite complete with soaker tub and enclosed glass shower. A bonus with the 3rd bedroom off the front of the house includes a bay window, coffee maker and microwave. The bed in 3rd bedroom is a trundle bed sleeping 2 people. We offer a private balcony for barbequing overlooking a private shady nicely furnished brick patio. Our home is well situated within walking distance of shops, Willowbrook Mall, cafe's, bars, restaurants and Langley Events Centre/Tennis World or a quick 2 minute drive. It is a fast 12 minute drive to Historic Fort Langley and 12 minute drive to Thunderbird Equestrian Centre. The Greater Vancouver Zoo is about 15 minutes away. If you wish to explore we are 5 minutes from Highway 1 which is an easy 40 minute drive to downtown Vancouver and Robson Street shopping. 5 minute drive to Rapid bus loop connecting to downtown Vancouver. Bus stop 1/2 block away. Langley is very central and conveniently located for getting around.

          About the owner: Our names our Wayne and Theresa. We love our beautiful roomy home. The attraction to this house was of course its unique design but so close to and within walking distance to almost everything you would need. As our children are no longer here we are finding it a bit big for just the two of us and we tend to spend much of our time at our smaller beach house. VRBO is a great avenue to have someone else enjoy our home as their home away from home.

          Why the Owner Chose Langley:
          Langley or as we call it (L.A.) is a rapidly growing metropolitan city. We bought this home to be part of this ever evolving community and the close proximity and convenience to ALL SHOPPING, big chain restaurants, bars, and cafes.
