This condominium is located on approximately 300 acres of spacious, gated, resort community property with beautifully landscaped grounds. This quiet community setting is perfect for the "empty-nesters" and "snowbirds" looking for a little peaceful relaxation. The condominium is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course and is within a four minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. You can shop in nearby Sandestin at the Silver Sands shopping area with over 100 upscale outlet stores as well as visit Destin's own unique attractions. And restaurants galore!

There are many units in this community that are not rentals, so out of respect for our neighbors we are looking for the more reserved individuals to rent our unit.
