This 4-bedroom ocean view house is now available for rental. The house has just undergone an extensive remodel for the comfort of our guests. Included in the remodel:

The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs are two bedrooms (one with a Queen bed, the other with 3 twin beds), a full bathroom and the laundry room. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the main living area, two bedrooms (one with a Queen bed, the other has a King bed) and a full bathroom. The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen are open plan with a high ceiling, with huge windows providing a view of the ocean. Open the French doors and step onto the wide, wrap-around deck and listen to the waves crashing onto the shore.
The house has new, modern appliances and DSL Internet access (wireless 802.11b/g and wired Ethernet).
The house is located in Aptos, just south of Capitola and north of Rio Del Mar. Santa Cruz and Monterey are a short drive away. The house is a stone's throw to the sea, but is on a bluff. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Aptos beach is a wide, sandy beach.
There is parking for 5 cars in the driveway, and parking for an additional car on the street.
