You’ll love our totally renovated, professionally decorated villa that is just steps away from the pool (with kiddie pool) and within walking distance to the tennis courts, crabbing dock and equestrian center. Picture yourself having morning coffee on the upstairs master bedroom suites’ private balcony watching the shrimp boats go out to sea. This master bedroom suite is large and awesome with a king bed, fireplace, large tiled walk-in shower and his/hers sinks. The washer and dryer is conveniently located upstairs next to the bedroom. Upstirs there is also a small sleeping loft with two twin beds.

Experience spectacular sunsets over the marsh while sipping cocktails in the large screened-in porch off the main living area. The first floor island theme includes living room (queen sleeper sofa), dining room, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and bar stools. The guest bedroom also on the main level has two twin beds.

This totally renovated villa includes all new furniture, HD Flat Screen TV over mantle, Flat Screen TV in
master bedroom, Pillow Top new mattresses in guest bedroom, New Foam mattress in master bedroom, plantation shutters, artwork, upscale bedding, appliances, hardwood floors, tile floors, fully air-conditioned. A covered lower level garage is convenient to keep the beach furniture and autos out of the hot southern sun.

To make your stay more convenient and fun, a Full Club Membership is included. (Unlike many Seabrook villas -there is NO AMENITY charge. Owner has special/rental membership). A full-service management company is convenient to handle check in and out, housekeeping, reservations for activities and tee times and any other questions that you may have.

Seabrook Island is the perfect location for vacations.   • We were die hard Kiawah Island fans until last year when we decided to give Seabrook Island another try. When we walked into this awesome condo, we knew we had found OUR place! We loved everything about it, the beautiful openness, the magnificent kitchen, the super comfortable beds, the upscaled master suite and bathroom, the privateness and the serene views from the relaxing screened in porch as well as the pool, just a few feet away. We are returning this year!!! Can't wait!

  • We absolutly loved the villa at Fiddlers Cove---everything from the large Italian-type tiles to the granite counter tops, and the huge rain shower in the master bedroom. The new decor is beautiful, and welcomming. We enjoyed cathcing over 20 blue crabs in just a few hours (along with fish), from the crabbing dock, and having them for supper. We also loved watching the dolphins every morning around 8:00am from the north beach---we even witnessed 2 dolphins beaching themselves to eat the silver fish on shore (what a sight!). Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!!!!!!!!!!

  • We had a wonderful time at this Seabrook Villa! The decor was great, with lots of tile and hardwood floors. Granit countertops and flat screen TVs were a bonus. Very new and clean. Enjoyed beautiful views of the marsh and tidal creeks from upstairs deck and covered porch. Plus, the large tile shower has a rainfall shower head! The pool was literally steps away and we often were the only ones in it. Deb called us on our 2nd day to see if everything was ok. Told her the downstairs AC unit was not cooling properly and she got right on it. Next day, Resort Quest and contractor installed a new unit while we were in Charleston. What service!! We rode bikes on the island and spent several days in Charleston...what a charming city with so much to offer. Will definitely visit again, and hope to stay here. Deb was very responsive to my questions prior to our visit. Thanks Deb!!!

  • We absolutely love this beautiful villa as well as Seabrook in general. My husband and I, along with our two young daughters stayed for one week in June 2005. Every room is gorgeous. Our favorite room was the master bedroom which is romantic and fabulous. We enjoyed having our coffee each morning out on the private balcony. We would recommend this villa for family vacations or for a romantic getaway. We will be renting it for both. Don't miss out on this one! Perfect serenity.

  • This villa was absolutely beautiful! The view was gorgeous and the decorating was first class! Everything we could have possibly needed for our stay was provided. This is definitely a 5-star rental and we can't wait to come back again! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience for us! :)
