Beautiful two bedroom condominium with an ocean view in Casa Del Mar resort and condos. Located in Rio Del Mar, 45 minutes from the San Juan Airport on an easy access highway. The Casa Del Mar resort is located on the same beautiful beach as the Wyndham Resort Hotel (see their website for more info on area). Casa Del Mar is on oceanfront property with a private beach for the residents. It has a 24 hr security guard at the entrance.
When you're not swimming in the clear warm caribbean ocean or relaxing on the beach, the U.S. National Rainforest Park El Yunque is ten minutes away by car. El Yunque has miles of marked trails and exquisite views and landscapes.
Movie theaters, Blockbuster, shopping (Walmart, Publix grocery store, Kmart, Sam's Club) ethnic and typical American food are close by.
There is one extra twin trundle bed in the second bedroom to accommodate a total of five people.
No Smoking, Please. This is a family resort complex and we would ask that you refrain from activities that would disturb the neighbors.
