Comfortable for two, bring your dogs, no children under 15. Scant amenities, except the important ones: marvelous stereo, privacy, Mother Nature, a deck in the trees, a brand new furnace, and look at that fieldstone fireplace! Seclusion, yet smack in the middle of everything to do in Maine in the summer (and fall and spring and winter). 30 minutes to Deer Isle, one hour to Acadia Park and Bar Harbor, ten minutes to Blue Hill, five minutes to Holbrook Island Sanctuary. Simple, quiet, perfect. No Smoking, Please.
