  This was my fourth stay in this wonderful villa. If anything it is better than ever before with wireless wifi, flat screen tvs and new furnishings. The swimming pool was fantastically warm and in the sun all day. The villa itself is super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thanks again Ian for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

  I stayed in this villa for the first time in September 2011. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view from the pool (which had sun all day long). It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed our time sunbathing on the patio. However, the cleanliness aspect was far from what I am accustomed to. We found cobwebs on the light fitting, damp on the bathroom wall, green slime all over the plastic patio furniture and the BBQ (which we had to pay extra for) was all rusty and out of gas and we could not use it. I love Naples and would certainly go back there - even go back to the Briarwood complex - but I would not stay in this villa again !

  Owner response: This was one of the few problem renters that we have ever had. Despite staying for two weeks she never once contacted us with any problems. Nor did she make any complaint to our on-site agent who came to the house on her 2nd day to ensure everything was in order. Yet when she gets home she starts complaining and demanding the full rental be refunded. As you can see we have many satisfied renters who have rated the house very highly, particularly in relation to cleanliness.

  We stayed at this villa in Naples for a week and had a fabulous time. The place is equipped with everything you need - great kitchen and dining area, dish washer, washing machine & dryer, double garage, 3 bathrooms, not to mention the wonderful pool and patio area. There are two main bedrooms and two twin rooms, so it could comfortably house two families of four. We were four adults with two toddlers so we had more than enough room. There is a nice big living area with flat screen TV. In the garage we found plenty of beach equipment which we made good use of on several of Naples's exceptional beaches. Towels were also in plentiful supply. The villa is located in one of Naples's many gated communities and was pretty central for everything we wanted to see and do in the area - Naples downtown, shopping centres, beaches, golf, etc. The booking process with owner Ian was easy and friendly. We have no heistation in recommending this holiday villa to anybody who wants a great stay in South West Florida. We certainly hope to go back.

  This villa was as near perfect as they come! Well situated, spacious, beautifully furnished (especially loved the modern art!), extremely well equipped and, best of all (in my opinion!), comfortable beds! My family and I spent a blissful week here after 2 hectic weeks in Orlando. The villa had plenty of deck furniture and a very well equipped kitchen (important when there are 7 people!); the view overlooking the lake was picture-postcard, there were plenty of shopping opportunities within easy reach (try the Coastland Centre 5 mins away, or the outlet centre at Corkscrew Road just 20 mins north on I75). The beautiful beach is only 10-15 mins away and the sunsets viewed from the pier are second to none! There are some lovely shops in the town centre in which to browse (not all as expensive as you might have thought) and plenty of places to eat to suit all tastes and budgets - we particularly favour Outback Steakhouse and The Cheesecake Factory. The Management Company, should you have occasion to contact them, are extremely efficient and courteous, and all the arrangements made directly with Ian were very straightforward and worked very smoothly. This villa will definitely be on my very short list of properties to which I would certainly return!

  The trip for us was mainly about watching wildlife, and it was amazing how much we managed to see around the villa itself - otters, turtles, and a wide variety of birds. And the location is perfect for getting easy access to some superb wildlife sites - Corkscrew swamp, Sanibel Island, and of course the Everglades. Not that we didn't appreciate the luxury of the villa - super bedrooms, kitchen, etc, plus the pool and deck area. All well maintained by German Services - clean and well-equipped with everything from cool boxes to body boards! . Naples is a fantastic area for shopping and eating, and the pier is wonderful.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We stayed at the villa two times in November 2009 and 2010 having stayed in Briarwood previously. The villa is superb and offered a home-away-from-home. The villa lived up to all of our expectations – nicely furnished, and very bright and airy and very large. We travelled with 7 people and there was really enough space for everyone. We went almost every morning for a long walk and most afternoons we just relaxed on large sundeck reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. The pool is wonderful and the oversized sundeck allowed us to fully appreciate the lovely lake view and glorious sunsets, usually whilst barbecuing! The Briarwood Community is a safe place and wonderfully quiet and near to everything like the beach,downtown Old Naples and shopping (Coastland Shopping Centre, Waterside shops). A car is important so you can make the best of what Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. Naples is a very nice place and the beach is just perfect. The owner Ian is making booking arrangements simple without any trouble. We will return this November.

  We are renting this villa since couple years (once a year) and it is every time perfect. Everything is very clean and nice and a lot of space. It is in a very good location, with good access to all local amenities. The villa is a very good size with very-well equipped kitchen and a fantastic master suite. The pool is wonderful and the oversized lanai allowed us to fully appreciate the lovely lake and glorious sunsets, usually whilst barbecuing! The owner was extremely kind in organising for us to be able to remain in the villa for 2 weeks longer than originally planned, due to the disruption caused by the Icelandic volcanoe, which, with 2 children, was hugely appreciated,
