This House rents for $1500/week. A deposit of $500.00
should be sent to secure the property plus a $100.00 cleaning deposit. The
The $500.00 will be applied toward your total rental fee of $1500.00 and
the $100.00 cleaning deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days if
the house is left in the same clean/no damage condition as when you arrive. The
balance $1000.00 should be received three weeks prior to your arrival.
