Surrounded by oak trees on the spacious deck - Sunrise Beach, Missouri Real Estate Save $100 per week for remainder of July and August!!! This cozy cabin is 900 square feet of all the space you need for a great vacation. This house is literally steps from the lakefront, the water is at the base of the deck. Two bedrooms each with queen-size beds and a full size futon in the living room provide accommodations for four adults plus children. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open to each other. We supply satellite TV and a DVD player and all the kitchen amenities you will need during your stay. You can enjoy the outdoors and watch the action on the water on the large deck in the front of the house. Get some sun while you spend the day in lounge chairs on the deck or dock. There is plenty of outdoor seating with a patio set, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill for your use. The dock slip is 10x24 with a boat lift and swim platform with ladder. The cove is quiet with little boat traffic which allows you to enjoy the water and spend hours on the dock or floating in the water with your friends and family fishing, sunbathing and swimming. You can use the row boat during your stay as much as you like. Adult sized life jackets are included...please bring your own childrens life jackets. This guest house is located at 10 Mile Marker on the Sunrise Beach side of the lake which puts you right in the heart of places to go on the lake. Nearby marinas and entertainment complexes offer dining, live music, boat and jet ski rental, and gas docks.
