This cute lakeside cottage is everything you need for a fun getaway to Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy the view of the main channel from the entire inside living area and the lakeside deck. This house also has its own private dock, and the no-wake cove says it all. This quiet residential location is convenient to Laurie, MO and Highway 5 at Lake Road 5-35 and Laurie shopping and lots of lakeside bars and restaurants. The lake house is located in a peaceful residential setting.
Inside there is a combination living room, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, microwave and full size refrigerator. Gather around the bar and enjoy the view of the main channel. The living room has plenty of seating and a full-size futon for additional sleeping area. The bedrooms each have queen size beds - maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children. Cable TV and a DVD player + WIFI is provided and this house has one bathroom.
The lakeside deck has an outdoor dining set, adirondack chairs, loungers, and a nice charcoal grill. The dock slip is 10x20 with a boat lift and swim platform with ladder. The cove is no-wake which allows you to enjoy the water and spend hours on the dock, floating in the water, or having fun with the row boat.

We purchased this lake house because it is in a great cove and close to lots of lakeside restaurants. It's cute and comfortable and the best way to spend time on the lake.
