The home is a few minutes from Siesta Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Sun, swim and walk the talcum powder sand and enjoy the outrageous sunsets. The newly decorated and painted home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a gorgeous fenced in back yard. Children and dogs (with approval) are very welcome and have the best of family vacations here. A village with a gourmet market, shopping center, post office, bank, restaurants, and many other shops is in walking distance.

This location is 15 minutes from the Sarasota airport; one hour from the Tampa International Airport; and two hours from Disney. Theater, art galleries, movies, boutiques, shopping mall, etc. are all nearby in Sarasota, within 10 minutes by car. Downtown Sarasota offers many cultural activities (Van Wezel and Asolo Performing Arts Centers) to many parks and amusements: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine Aquarium, Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary) plus excellent dining and antique shopping opportunities.

You can enjoy the wilderness, alligators, endless golf courses, horseback riding, windsurfing, parasailing, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing, of diving, power boating, jet-boating, walking St. Armand’s Circle, dining out in hundreds of restaurants and relax at home if you choose.
