Beverly Hills house description

This property is located within a short walking distance of Rodeo Drive, and South Beverly Drive, where celebrities, tourists, and locals alike, gather for world class shopping, cuisine, and entertainment. This home sits on top of a hill, 40 steps from street level, which affords it 180 degrees of panoramic views, and incredible privacy. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the main level, and an expansive bedroom suite on the upper level), 4 bathrooms, a family room with a gas fireplace, and an open concept living room with views to the pool, and the gardens.
