With approaching 2000 square feet of luxury living space our executive villa has a large 25 foot SOUTH facing pool and fountain that overlooks conservation.
This luxurious accommodation is elegantly furnished with extensive living space including a large family and dining area. The open plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully-equipped with every modern appliance. The whole accommodation was updated in 2004 (including the pool and lanai) and includes large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi (Internet Connection), DVD's, CD's, videos, books and table-tennis, electronic dart board and pool table.
There are four double/twin bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has cable TV and one twin room has cable TV and supports the Nintendo Game Cube. Other facilities include a laundry room with professional washer and dryer, cot, high chair, all linens, towels, and beach towels.
Sunset Lakes is superbly located, being only a few minutes drive from US-192 and US-27 (for shopping, restaurants and entertainment) and a mere five minutes from the Magic of Disney (close enough to nip back to the villa during the day for that well earned rest before returning to the Magic!). A tranquil community with many permanent residents Sunset Lakes combines the security of a gated community with easy access to all the attractions that Orlando and Florida have to offer.

As my title suggests this villa has an excellent base for quick and easy access to all Disney theme parks and restaurants along the 192 and the very much close by Formosa Gardens shopping complex. The villa was superb very clean comfortable and a joy to spend serious time round the pool on our return from the parks and on our rest days. There are numerous things to keep the kids enterained if you decide to have a quiet day away from the parks etc, such as the pool table, table tennis and our favourite board game used during our stay Monopoly. We had a fantastic two weeks and doubtless to say, did not want to return to the UK. I would thoroughly recommed staying here as I know you would not be dissapointed.
