The apartment is on the first floor in an old winemaker house in the heart of Epesses, a charming well known wine village. The beach on Lake Geneva and the train station are a five to 10 minute walk. Wine tasting in the village "caveau," is available every evening in the summer and most weekends the rest of the year. In addition, there are 30 wine making families that are available for tasting.
The apartment is 70 square meter, and has two double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with two showers, two sinks and one toilet. From the salon, there are beautiful views of the vineyards, Lake Geneva and the Alps.
The area offers many festivals and activities. Examples are the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Paleo Festival of Nyon for music, Snowboard World Championship in Leysin and Bol d'Or (main sailing fresh water race in the world).
Zermatt, Gstaad and Verbier are within two hours drive.
