This Penthouse condo has being completely remodeled with a new kitchen, new bathroom, new appliances, new fixtures and new furniture. Reserved for one or two mature adults.

Nestled in the cliffs overlooking the ocean and the famous "Arch," this condominium gives you panoramic views of Cabo San Lucas, the Arch, and Lands End. This exceptional location offers a safe private beach and dramatic views.

The resort features a guarded, gated entrance, two large swimming pools with spa and swim up palapa bars, two restaurants, two lighted tennis courts and convenience store. World famous Sunset Mona Lisa Restaurant is one of the two restaurants located on the property, providing you with a view so spectacular, you'll come back night after night. Or maybe not, since the same great views are available from your private balcony.

Our non-smoking condo offers over 1000 square feet of living space including 300 square feet of terrace with ocean and Arch views. The kitchen is complete with all appliances and the bedroom has a queen-size bed with ocean view. The living room includes a 27 inch LCD TV, and a stereo system. The Dish Network system receives over 100 channels plus over 60 channels of Sirius Music. Our patio furniture includes patio table with four chairs and 2 umbrellas on the oversize patio. Also two lounge chairs with pads, and a built-in propane barbecue grill.

Both swimmable beaches are within walking distance. Concessions on the private beach offer snorkel equipment and kayaks for rent. The Costco is located less than a mile away, Wal-Mart with groceries is 2 miles away, and with 2 other Mega Super Markets nearby you'll be able to find almost any grocery item for preparing your own meals. We can also arrange to have the condo completely stocked with food and beverages before you arrive or arrange for a cook to prepare your meals.

Prior to your arrival we will email you a resort map and 4 pages of information about the condo, the resort and Los Cabos to help your vacation go smoothly.

This unit is hardwired for broadband DSL and wi-fi, so bring your Laptop and plug in! A Brinks wall safe also is included for your convenience.

Misiones del Cabo is a very relaxing resort. If you like to party hard, do tequila shots by the pool and play loud music, Misiones is not for you. However, if you want to spend a relaxing vacation with someone special we think Misiones is the perfect place.

  • Bob, The condo was absolutely amazing. We had our pick of three separate beaches to walk to. The private beach to snorkel, the beach to watch the surfers, and the beach that had a short trail through the rocky desert to get too..very secluded! The condo has the best views in the complex and rivals the best views in Cabo. It has a direct view of the Lands End and the downtown Cabo beach area. The condo was spotless with the finest appliances. This was the perfect place to share my Honeymoon with my new Wife! Thanks again Bob, Mike and Mary

  • This condo is amazing. Great views of Cabo, the beach, the arch, ocean etc. Spent every night on the deck watching the sunset and grilling. Spent a week here and couldn't be happier. It's a one bedroom condo with full kitchen, washer/dryer. We will definitely come back. We found that the best bet was to rent a car and pick up groceries in at the walmart (basically a big grocery store) about two miles away. There really isn't much for food on-site so its good to be self sufficient. Thanks to Bob for the beers in the fridge. I would rate the nearby beach as just ok, but we didn't really mind though. If you want to spend your whole time in the sand, this is probably not for you. Sunbathing on the deck with gorgeous views and a nice breeze is really what its about here. I would recommend to a friend.

  • Just returned from 3 glorious days in this condo and I just want to thank Bob for leaving a few beers and bottled water in the fridge upon arrival - they were much needed and much appreciated. And for checking in to make sure everything was in order. The condo exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to rent it again...The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the views to die for and the washer and dryer a nice perk ! The pictures on the web site don't do it justice ! Thanks again...

  • We spent a week in the penthouse and enjoyed every moment. The weather and amenities (beach, pool, etc.) of the Misiones Resort were great. The apartment and particularly the large patio were fully-stocked and both beautiful and comfortable. The view from the patio was matchless and our waking hours at the apartment were mostly spent there. We highly reccomend the penthouse and plan to return.

  • Bob, Now that my wife and I are back to reality, I just want to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Misiones. The unit was just right,the views towards Lands End were outstanding and our first night there was New Year's Eve and we had a great fireworks display at midnight looking over Cabo San Lucas. Our last night provided us with one of the most spectacular sunsets we've ever seen. What a way to end our stay! We cooked on the grill and watched whales. One day two whales came into the bay and were only about 300 yards out from shore. Thanks again for some great R&R. Dennis Redmond

  • Bob, We had the most wonderful time in Cabo. We were so pleased with this unit and the condo complex, it was everything we had hoped for and more. It was so nice to stay at a laid back quiet resort, it was not crowded, we always had a spot at the pool, there were even times when we were the only ones at the private beach. We enjoyed being on a beach with no one trying to sale us stuff. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Our unit had the best view in all of Cabo! The deck had sun on it from sunrise to sunset. We used the grill numerous times and loved having the patio furniture. Of course the 1.20 tacos were a hit with my family, and we ate at the other pool side restaurant several times and enjoyed it also. I thought my teenagers would be disappointed that there were not a bunch of crazy teens to hang out with like we had seen in town and at the other beachside resorts but they also enjoyed being at Misiones. They commented several times on how much they liked where we stayed. We took a boat ride to Lovers Beach and my kids refused to get off the boat, They said why would we go here where it is so crowded when we have a private beach?   • Bob, wanted to let you know we had a terrific vacation at Misiones last month. Your condo is in the perfect location with a great view of the ocean and Land's End. We really enjoyed "happy hour" on your balcony as we watched the boats cruise by and the sun set behind the Arch. The prvate beach was convenient for snorkeling and the dollar tacos at the pool were delicious. Hopefully we can come back again next year. Thanks again, Dave and Debbie Mathis
