Our villa was completed in March 2005,and is situated on Orange Tree, one of the most upscale and attractive communities in the area, ideally located an easy 15 minutes from Disney, and 5 minutes from Lake Louisa State Park.
Our villa takes the form of an L-shape around the pool/patio area. We have two large and separate living areas which provides spacious accommodation even for 14 people together with two large dining areas.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, roman tub and two vanity units. Access to pool via french doors. TV/DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed and TV. Bedroom three has twin beds and a TV/DVD player. Bedrooms four, five and six have twin beds. There are also two further bathrooms.
Family room has a large TV and Playstation 2 with games and a selection of DVD/CD's. French doors to pool. Living room has a Sony Hi-Fi, and includes a queen-size sofa bed. Open plan kitchen with all the appliances and equipment you could possibly need. Separate laundry room. Double garage.
Large screened patio with sunny southwest facing pool,which can be heated if required. 4 person hot tub on patio, relax with a drink & watch the sunset! Extras include hairdryer, golf clubs, tennis racquets and other sports equipment to allow you to make use of the on-site facilities.
