"The Jersey Shore at its Best!"

Just 3 blocks from the beach you will find a stunning 3 story New Jersey shore home with a beautiful 1400 sq ft. child safe porch that feature recessed lighting on dimmers to set the mood for dinners or parties, a large dining table with seating for 8. A BBQ grill and a hammock to enjoy the shore breezes or take a nap. There are 4 lovely seating areas with wicker rockers and lounges chairs. Down one level there is a large backyard with a shed equipped with bikes.
The 1st floor has a large living room with a natural gas fireplace and large TV. A very large dining room that seats 12 with room to spare, and office and kitchen. Off the kitchen is a butler's pantry and a 1/2 bath with large capacity washer and dryer.
The second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. 1-with queen size bed; the 3 room master suite has a king size bed and full bathroom. 3th bedroom has bunk bed Also on the second floor is the large main bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub.
On the 3rd floor you will find 3 bedrooms: 1 has 2 twin beds and 1 room with a full size bed. 1 queen size bed .There is also a full bathroom.
Cablevision & Internet--7 TVs around the home
The home comes complete with 2 zone A/C and all household amenities. .
There are 4 beach badges and at the beach a locker with beach chairs and toys for the children.
Last but not least, there is a 3 car driveway and 24 hour street parking. You can walk to the quaint movie theater at the corner of Main Street or many of our fine restaurants. Bradley
Beach may also be reached by train from NY/NJ Penn station.

Living Large !!!
Large charming 1920's style home within walking distance to the beach with all needed amenities, grill, chairs, towels etc. Amazing porch for evening cocktails and morning coffee. Lot's of restaurant/bakery/pizza options in the general area as well as numerous water sport options like parasailing. Sam, the owner, makes you feel right at home and welcome!!

Best in Bradley Beach!
We just completed a week long stay in this 6 bedroom house in Bradley Beach. Our experience was wonderful! Our hosts Sam and Kathy could not have been more friendly and helpful. They are very organized and provided us with all that was necessary to have a beautiful beach vacation. If you are considering the Bradley Beach area try to book this house. Les Glubo

"Epic porch"
Our family lucked out by finding this fantastic house to celebrate two family guys' 65 th Birthday and it served the 12 of us perfectly. The weather was not the best, but the porch made up for that! The home was spotless and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided.. from sheets and blankets to great cookware and large serving pieces! There was a full supply of beach towels as well. We rode the bikes up to Asbury Park. The giant tricycle was a big hit with the 25 year old set!!!!!!!! The owners were so very helpful and easy to deal with! I recommend this place highly and surely hope I get the chance to return.

Great house!
This is a great house for a family or large group! The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room/ living room are large and inviting. The owners keep the house stocked with just about anything needed, including sheets, towels, pots and pans, etc. We even made good use of the bicycles in the shed - perfect for riding into town to pick up breakfast at the local bagel shop or bakery. We spent nearly every day at the beach and the beach locker was a HUGE bonus; even though the house is only three blocks from the ocean, it was nice to be able to store our beach accessories at the end of the day and our kids were thrilled that they didn't have to carry their own boogie boards back and forth. The best feature of the house - hands down - is the porch. We spent early mornings and each evening on the big, beautiful porch. Perfect for dinners, for relaxing after the beach, and even during a rain fall - the porch was fantastic. The mini fridge, BBQ grill, hammock, rocking chairs, chaises... they all make the porch THE place to be.

Gorgeous house, perfect porch/backyard, NICEST homeowners!
Me and 10 of my friends stayed at this beautiful home for three nights. It is PERFECT for large groups. We spent almost all our time on the beautiful wrap around porch, which had enough seating for all of us, and a hammock, grill and refrigerator! We also spent time in the backyard, which is perfectly sized for any outdoor games (we brought Cornhole with us). Perfectly located for a quick cab ride away to all the great beach bars (DJais, Bar A, etc.)The beach is only a few blocks away, and the owners were kind enough to let us use their beach locker which was stocked with chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was perfectly sized for our group. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. I can only hope its available next year for another trip to lovely Bradley Beach. Thank you Sam & Kathie!!
