The Colorful Caribbean Décor in this two bedroom, two bath condominium will immediately put you in a vacation mood. Located on the second floor of a 33 unit complex, the smoke-free condo has a great gulf view and palm trees in front offer privacy from adjacent units.
The Master Bedroom has an ocean view and sliding doors to the deck. There is a king size bed in the master Bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom which can be converted to a king with the "Twin Doubler."
Each Bedroom has a private bath making it ideal for two couples. A sleeper sofa in living area converts to a Queen-size bed. (Condo Sleeps Six).
The Condo is located just steps from a public beach (across the street) and there is no obstruction of your ocean view. Public Beach has chair/umbrella rentals, Para-sailing, sail boat rentals, bicycle boats, surf lessons, etc.
Pompano Joe's Restaurant is right across the street and two other restaurants are only a short walk away. Other great restaurants and amusement parks are only a short drive. Silver Sands Outlet with over 100 designer stores is within one mile.

What a wonderful condo! I love the decor! It helped me to relax and really feel that I was on VACATION! The ammendities were endless! Absolutely EVERYTHING you need is there! Just bring a suitcase and you are good to go! I will definitely make "Chill Ville" my new home away from home!

We recently stayed at "Chill Ville"(Aug 20-27)and had a very relaxing vacation. The condo is lovely and very very clean!The owners were very helpful and it is in a great location by the gulf.We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice condo with a beautiful view.

Wow, what a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay very much (26 Mar- 2 Apr 05). The condo is so nicely and neatly decorated, bright and cheery. Lot's of detail in the decor. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Lot's of shopping, eating, outdoor adventure, and relaxing. Couldn't ask for anything more. And the condo is close to it all. You can see, hear, and smell the ocean. It's great!
