This house will become exactly that for you, a distraction and a deflection that will take your attentions away from your business. But that could be a good thing. Then you can focus your attentions on everything Destin has to offer and that is fun and relaxation. From the moment you walk into this waterfront town home, your mind will be whisked away from the cares of everyday to a place where your only concern is whether you should get up out of your lounge chair out on the deck overlooking the sparkling canal to fix yourself another Margarita.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom, which opens out onto the back deck and dock, you will find a king-size bed along with a spacious sitting room. The sitting room love seats (two) are also convertible twin beds. Adjoining the sitting room is a washer and dryer room along with a small refrigerator and restaurant-size ice maker to fill up all your coolers for a day on the boat or at the beach. This bedroom has double closets and a wall mounted flat screen TV with the DVD player hidden in the bedside table so you don’t even have to get out of bed to change out the DVD. The master shower will do its job with two shower heads and multiple wall mounted sprayers.
The second guestroom, also located on the ground floor sports a queen bed and flat screen TV with DVD player. You can bathe yourself in luxury in the Bubble Tub found in the private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the living area that opens out onto the second floor deck which overlooks the private boat slip. The living room hosts the fabulous entertainment center complete with flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite radio and home theatre sound system which boasts outdoor deck speakers as well. Perfect for Parrot Heads who want to wind down with Jimmy Buffet after a day at Crab Island. The couch in the living area folds into a queen sleeper for those extra guests who won’t want to leave.
Moving into the dining area that seats eight, you will find your personal wine cooler within reach of the dining room table. The spacious kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, stainless appliances will be perfect for entertaining and cooking, especially fried fish as this kitchen contains an "in the counter" deep fryer.
The third bedroom located on this floor also has its own bathroom with multiple shower heads. This bedroom has a queen Murphy bed which leaves room for an overstuffed reading chair and a desk just in case you can’t be totally sidelined from your business while you are here.
This waterfront town house is located on exclusive Holiday Isle which means you are close to the beach, centrally located away from the high traffic areas of Destin. And of course because it is waterfront, if you bring your own boat, you won’t have to deal with traffic at all. Provided you visit all the restaurants by water which is the best parking anyway… dockside. Don’t forget access to Gulf fishing and well as cruising the bays and bayous. This house is located two doors down from Paradise Found, another one of our waterfront homes, so if you need space for 18 more people besides the 10 people that Goat Feathers sleeps, rent both for a discounted rate. Then you can bring two or three boats.
