Ski in and ski out!!! Walk less than 100ft. to 4 O’clock run and ski/board to snowflake lift for an exciting day of skiing/boarding. Our mountain retreat is located in beautiful Breckenridge with ski in ski out. The home has some of the most breathtaking mountain and town views from every room and deck. Enjoy the private hot tub after your day on the mountain and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace.
Our home has two family rooms to enjoy with TVs in both. Foosball and wet bar are in one family room. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. The master has a king bed and beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath tub. The second bedroom has queen with twin day bed and twin trundle. The third bedroom has queen and shares a bathroom with the downstairs family room. The downstairs family room has queen futon bed for extra sleeping.
Our home is decorated with log beds and comfortable furniture to relax. There is a gas grill to cook on the upper deck. There is also Gourmet Cabby if you would like to order in. We have seating for six at the dining table and seating for three at the bar. In the downstairs family room there is a wet bar and foosball. Enjoy a game at the table for four or enjoy reading a book.

Our stay at the chalet was almost perfect. We had gorgeous, scenic views, a great hot tub to observe them in and a beautiful cozy condo that we did not want to leave. Each bedroom is on a different level and has its own bathroom which is perfect for privacy. The property itself is easy to find and far enough from town for a quiet retreat, yet it is only a few minutes away from town if you want to go to dinner or do some shopping. It had all the amenities needed, except for the fact that the oven did not work properly. The property was well maintained and clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. I was able to speak directly with the property owner, speaking with her was one of the deciding factors in choosing this property over others. I will most likely try to stay here again next year. It was a reasonable price, especially considering the set up and amenities of the property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The town-home has 3 levels with bedrooms on each, and two living rooms. The arrangement provides a place for kids to hang out, as well as, the adults. The home was very clean and stocked with basics in the kitchen. The hot tub was wonderfully inviting as it snowed a little in the evening. The town and restaurants were close and easy to access. The owner was very kind and helpful. We plan to visit again in the ski season.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
