This condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Bedding Arrangements: A queen bed in the 1st master bedroom with /en-suite bathroom & large walk-in closet, the 2nd master bedroom has a king bed with large walk-in closet, and the 3rd bedroom features a kids theme (Nemo and Spongebob) with 2 twin beds. All beds have posturepedic extra thick pillow top mattresses. Bedrooms have mounted TV's for your viewing comfort. The living room offers a queen size sleep sofa for extra guests.
Featuring a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with ice maker, full size oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. Laundry room with full size washer, and dryer in unit (Free-of-Charge), just beyond the dining room is the lanai overlooking enchanting landscaped setting.
For your traveling convenience we provide a variety of books, videos, board games, play-station 2, and toys for the children to enjoy. Also, provided: Pack and play crib, high chair, booster chair, and stroller (All Free-of-Charge).

Windsor Hills is a great location because it is only 2 miles from Disney. It also has 5 Star amenities and is located in a quite community that is not around all the busy traffic of most Disney Vacation communities.

Your condo is beautiful! We were very impressed at how clean and spacious the accommodations were. Our girls loved the kids bedroom and really enjoyed the toys, books and videos that were available to them. We loved to come "home" to the pool after a fun day at the Disney Parks. The place was clean and definitely a space created for a family to enjoy. We just wish the AC was able to handle the size of the place (it especially didn't cool the master room enough at night). Even so, we'd stay here again. :)

how much better can it get? Everything was top notch. We had all the comforts of home and more.This condo is very well maintained. The condo is located very close to the common area (pool, fitness room, office). The property management people were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and fitness room which are all meticulously maintained. Disney is only about two miles away. Stores and restaurants are about a mile and a half away. This is an exceptional value. The condo and community are all first class.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I had booked my vacation for December 2010 - January 2010, but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforseen events. Although my family was disappointed that we had to cancel our vacation, at least we had the reasurance of getting our money back. Craig was very responsible and honest from the beginning. Make sure you read and understand the cancellation policy when you sign your agreement. Should you need to cancel you may get back part or all of your money. Just make sure you let Craig know as soon as you decide to cancel and he will work with you. I still hope to stay here in the future. At least I know that I'll be doing business with a honest person.

You can trust all the reviews that you`ve read. The apartment is very good. I would say that it is better than shown in the pictures. We stayed there in the first 20 days of march 2010. There were 5 adults and three children. There was enough place for all of us. The kitchen is very good. The apartment is clean and well decorated. Location is perfect to visit the parks. The deposit was refund through paypal. Definitelly I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The children loved the Sponge Bob/Nemo room. After a long day at the park, it was nice to come back to such comfortable accommodations. Thank you. We will definitely re-book for our next Disney vacation.

Beautiful, clean, well equiped condo, exactly as described. Very short walk to pool/hot tub area. 5 minute drive to Disney. Would definatly recommend and will stay again.

We had three families that stayed on the Windsor Hill property for vacation, to include the family homes. There were no negative comments at all. The condo we stayed was owned by the Bowsers, who were hospitable. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was in condo; it was clean, cozy, and spacious, simply beautiful. It was truly a home away from home.. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks again to the Bowsers Peggy and Theresa (July 2009)

We all found the condo to be very clean, comfortable and kid friendly. The location was great, close to the pool, which is just lovely, the store and games room.
