This was our first experience using VRBO and boy did we find an awesome place to stay! The condo was equiped with everything you can imagine. The owners did a fantastic job making the condo very warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone making a trip to FL. And the pool/playground area, nothing more than fabulous, my 7 yr old loved the pool more than the trip to Magic Kingdom (that should say something about the facility).

We just got back from Orlando and I must say that I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. It was clean and exactly as posted on VRBO - no surprises - except I was very happy to see the closet of toys that kept our 2 year old occupied! The grounds were impeccable and the pool was amazing. We really liked the location as you feel connected to all the action but are tucked in the gated community. My husband loved the fact that there were so many golf options nearby and I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds - it is a condition of mine that we stay at a place with comfortable beds (what's the point in going away and sleeping on beds feeling with springs in your back). This unit had pillow-top mattresses that were extremely comfortable. Thank you for keeping your unit comfortable not only for the adults but for the kids as well.

The place was clean and definitely a space created for a family to enjoy. We just wish the AC was able to handle the size of the place (it especially didn't cool the master room enough at night). Even so, we'd stay here again. :)

how much better can it get? Everything was top notch. We had all the comforts of home and more.This condo is very well maintained. The condo is located very close to the common area (pool, fitness room, office). The property management people were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and fitness room which are all meticulously maintained. Disney is only about two miles away. Stores and restaurants are about a mile and a half away. This is an exceptional value. The condo and community are all first class.

I had booked my vacation for December 2010 - January 2010, but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforseen events. Although my family was disappointed that we had to cancel our vacation, at least we had the reasurance of getting our money back. Craig was very responsible and honest from the beginning. Make sure you read and understand the cancellation policy when you sign your agreement. Should you need to cancel you may get back part or all of your money. Just make sure you let Craig know as soon as you decide to cancel and he will work with you. I still hope to stay here in the future. At least I know that I'll be doing business with a honest person.

You can trust all the reviews that you`ve read. The apartment is very good. I would say that it is better than shown in the pictures. We stayed there in the first 20 days of march 2010. There were 5 adults and three children. There was enough place for all of us. The kitchen is very good. The apartment is clean and well decorated. Location is perfect to visit the parks. The deposit was refund through paypal. Definitelly I would stay here again.

We had three families that stayed on the Windsor Hill property for vacation, to include the family homes. There were no negative comments at all. The condo we stayed was owned by the Bowsers, who were hospitable. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was in condo; it was clean, cozy, and spacious, simply beautiful. I stayed at your gorgeous, spacious "home" for 11 nights with my daughter, granddaughter and neice. We felt so safe within the gated community. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and playground, both nearby. The condo was well equiped, clean, and comfortable. We liked the location, away from the hustle of Orlando but close enough to visit, and especially how close it was to Disney and Sea World. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us.

We just stayed in your 3 bedroom condo in Windsor Hills and it was wonderful. We loved the fact that you had games and movies for the kids. And my son loved the playstation! My family of 8 stayed in this condo over the Christmas Holidays 2008. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I have nothing negative to say about it. We liked that it was so close to the pool and clubhouse, and that it was so handy to the Disney Parks to come home in the middle of the afternoon to have a break. The Bowser's made the booking process so easy and were very helpful.

We had a terrific time! Windsor Hills is wonderful---great pool and great playground. The condo was clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. We stayed with our 4 children and they enjoyed having TV's in their rooms and toys, books and games to borrow. The condo is super close to all the parks (no more than 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom!). Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a washer and dryer. We highly recommend this property Thank you Craig and Serleste!

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days to do the parks in Orlando. It easily accomadated our two families (each 2 adults, one 3 year old), and was cool, clean and spacious enough for us. Nice new apartment and furnishings. Easy walking distance to the pool which the kids loved. Never more than 15mins drive to the World, and about 20 to seaworld. Would highly recommend this property for vacationers heading to Orlando, as we have nothing negative to say.

We stayed in Florida and at this condo 4/28-5/2. The week was fabulous. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone and anyone. The place was spotless, very roomy and very comfortable. The condo was very easy to access when we arrived to the development and very convenient to restaurants and parks. I would definitely stay here again. The Windsor Hills community is very nice and the condo was a perfect place to stay while visiting Florida.

MOTHER IN LAW WAS PLEASED AND LOVED IT!!! Being able to come back to your own spacious living quarters is great; and what your coming back to the true meaning of home away from home. I do Love my Mother-In-Law but when it was time to relax she was more then content with all of the space (she spent one day totally relaxing at the condo!) The pool is almost right behind the back entrance and the heated whirlpool!!! We had several real family nights relaxing in the living room. This condo did more than meet our expectations!

Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful vacation at this property. We have stayed in a few other condos across the country, and this was the nicest by far. The unit was clean and had a more than adequate supply of towels/washcloths for our large family. The condo was also very nicely arranged; we didn't feel cramped at all. The full-sized washer and dryer in the unit were great. We were able to pack less, and the only dirty clothes we had when we got home were what we were wearing. The short drive to the Disney parks was very convenient - no hassle at all to go back to the condo in the afternoon to rest and relax before going back to the parks at night. Also, the information book about the Disney parks saved us countless wasted hours by helping us formulate a better plan of attack for the parks! Thank you so much! Also, we located a Walgreens, Publix and Wal-Mart within a few miles of the condo. The kids loved the pool, and the condo unit was located very close to it. We didn't take advantage of the other Windsor Hills amenities (tennis courts, movie theatre, playground) because we didn't need to; there were plenty of items in the actual condo to keep our kids content. They particularly enjoyed the video game system as well as the other games. We also used the wireless internet connection several times each day. Although we didn't use them, the baby equipment (high chair, stroller, playpen) all looked to be in very good condition. There were only a couple of drawbacks to this unit: 1) The temperature of the water heater was set very high; although, this may been done by a previous renter rather than by the owners. This may be a good thing for housekeeping to check after each renter leaves. 2) The kitchen was minimally equipped. It does have a toaster, blender and coffee maker, but the actual cooking equipment is sparse. Because we travel with four children, we like to have at least one good "homecooked" meal each day when vacationing in a condo. We were pretty limited in what we could prepare. The unit could use a few basic supplies - measuring cups, mixing bowls, baking sheets and another pan and baking dish or two. That being said, we would not hesitate to vacation in this unit again. In fact, we have family in close proximity to the condo and have recommended this unit to them in case they have friends or family planning a vacation to the area.

Plenty of space for four adults and two kids. Having the Disney parks 5-10 minutes away was really convenient. Amenities were awesome. (Too many to name). It was great at the end of a day at the parks to jump into the heated pool and hot tub. The kids (and Dad) had a blast on the water slide. Overall a great experience. Serleste - We had a great time in Florida! I just wanted to add how much we enjoyed staying at your condo!! Everything worked out so well for us there! The condo itself was really nice, & in very good condition. We really liked the fact that the carpet was kept so clean. We liked having the amount of space the condo offered! It felt like home! You were pleasant throughout the entire booking process! You really thought of so many things to make life easier for people traveling with kids! The kids really liked their bedroom!We liked having TVs in every bedroom and also having wireless internet availability! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We travelled with another family with small children, and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 preschoolers. We also loved our stay and would be thrilled to return. We found the condo to be exactly as described, yet somehow even better the expected. It is very clean, very comfortable, and very convenient. WDW is truly minutes away; Sherberth Road (turn left at 192) will take you to the Animal Kingdom in particular in less time than you'd wait to board a Disney bus. Windsor Hills is a beautiful, well-maintained property and the pool is indeed amazing. The owners are both friendly and professional, and we highly recommend them and their condo.

I cant say enough about this place ~5 stars all the way~ . This is the most wonderful place ! The condo is very large, clean & very well equipped . The pool is amazing & has a huge waterslide . This condo is located less than one minute walk to the pool and clubhouse . At this resort you are less than 1.5 miles to Disney and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. What can I say??? Thanks you so much for the wonderful accommodations! What a terrific place! It was just perfect, and we had so much fun! Our weather wasn't very nice the first two and half days, but the rest of time it was great. Our son, was in heaven with the toys. It made it so nice that he had stuff to keep him occupied. Your condo was a wonderful place to stay! It was very neat, clean and spacious! The bedrooms were fantastic and the sheet and comforter so soft, it made for a very relaxing sleep. Although we did not use any of the facilities, the staff were very generous and helpful! The condo was conveniently and ideally located for our business needs! The condo is only 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. The owners provided wireless internet access, which allowed us to be more efficient while traveling. Entertainment wise, the condo was close to every attraction in the Orlando area. We did not get bored or have to drive out of your way to have fun! Thank you for addressing our concerns prior to traveling and I hope to go back soon!! Eric

This condo was absolutely perfect. I would stay here any time I was in Orlando. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Much better than staying in a hotel for a much higher cost, with much less room. The condo is very well taken care of and everyting is a very short drive...dining and DISNEY. My family of 5 truly enjoyed these accommodations!! The condo is spotless and nicely decorated and well equipped. Stroller, playpen, and high chair are in new condition. And most of all they had a huge selection of toys. It was great not having to lug toys and baby gear on a plane. My kids are 12,10,1 and there was something for everybody to do here. We all loved it! We rented the perfect place for our family (my parents loved it, too!). We're so glad we didn't stay at a hotel. It was great to have a washer/dryer, separate bedroom for the kids, and a kitchen. Your home is truly lovely! It was just great!! Our children loved the kids room! You did a wonderful job decorating. The mural is fabulous! Also, the pool was great for toddlers; it has a huge shallow area. We were thrilled at how convenient it was to Walt Disney World. Your condo was such a pleasant surprise! My five year old thought he was in heaven. We have never stayed in a condo that was so nice and that had so many personal touches. We couln't believe that there was so many toys, books, and games for the kids to play with. I just can't tell you how impressed we were with it. Most condo owners are not as thoughtful as you are. We have never had such a pleasant experience vacationing with our kids. We have recommended your condo to all of our friends, especially those with children. The condo was extremely clean & absolutely beautiful!! Our kids really liked the Nemo/Spongebob room. They there really surprise, when they walked-in the first day and saw this huge mural on the kids wall. It was a pleasant surprise, to find the condo located so close and convenient to the pool! We will definitely be staying at this condo again!

What a greatly kept condo!!! Everything was new and very clean, and it's just a couple of minutes from Disney. The kids loved the swimming pool!
