If bike riding is what you like, bike the ENTIRE Island on its many bike paths or ride DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH and take in the sites.
This Seaside unit is a GATED COMMUNITY offering DIRECT BEACH ACCESS, COVERED PARKING (first come first serve), WASHER AND DRYER (on each floor), and a BEACHFRONT SUNDECK. Everything is within walking distance. Once you park your car you may not move it again. ALSO included is use of TENNIS COURTS and HEALTH CLUB for those who are active.
