This is one of only two units that have DIRECT WALK-OUT ACCESS to The Boat Docks in this Building.You and your guest will enjoy The View from morning to night, as well as the convenience of taking Six Short Steps right off your Private Balcony to your Boat! We have Deluxe Accommodations with 3 Full bedrooms and 2 Full baths. One of which is connected to the Master Suite which over looks the Water. Unit 414 has a Queen Bed in The Master Suite, a King Bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and another Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom; Plus a Full sized Roll-away Bed that can be set up in any room you please. We have a Washer and Dryer in the unit for those extended stays, a Fully Stocked Kitchen for all your cooking and eating needs, including Microwave, Coffee Maker, Iced Tea Maker and B.B.Q Grill on your Private Balcony. A Dinning Area with Table and Chairs that seats 6 and a Breakfast bar that seats 2. There is also a table and chairs out on the Private Balcony in case you decide to Dine by the Water.
There are TWO POOLS on the premises, and a SANDY BEACH AREA, open to you and your guests. Just in case your not familiar with the area, let me tell you about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! By land Sycamore Creek Golf Course is only a stones throw away, and open to the public daily if your a golfer. There are also many resturants located in the area for Fine Dining and fast food too. For the Kiddies, if you got'em, there are various different places for Go-Kart Racing, Mini Golf and Two Amusement Water Parks! For the ladies there are lots of places to do some Shopping, including The Largest Outlet Mall in the area.
Okay, did I cover all the land spots? Probably not, but you get the idea. Now let's talk about The Water. That's what your coming for Right? We are Located right around the cove from the Ledgendary "Dog Days" and not too far from the also Ledgendary "Horney Toad" Entertainment Complex. We spent 4 days here with 2 couples and three children under 10. It was plenty big enough and fine for our needs (a basic place to stay with pool and lake access). It would not be a place I would recommend for someone looking for a high-end condo as it was average in terms of decor and intereior (again, not something we worried about since we were primarily eating and sleeping there). Kitchen supplies were on the minimal end-if you plan on a great deal of cooking, bring with you anything other than very basic pans, plates & silverware. The access to the lake was great (literary feet away from the water) and a short walk to both the pool and the swimming beach (both were awesome)! We would likely return to this unit again because of the location it offered---it was a great deal price-wise for the location!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.
