Come and enjoy Wild Dune’s exclusive beach resort environment, located just minutes from beautiful downtown Charleston, with endless family recreation and relaxation provided year round. This two bedroom villa, decorated with a West Indies flair, overlooks both the lagoon and golf course and is just a short walk down a quiet lane and boardwalk to the beach. It is also only steps away to the neighborhood pool.
The large open living, dining, and kitchen area are located in the center of the professionally decorated villa, with great views of the lagoon and golf course. The comfortable sitting area features a sofa that opens to a queen size bed, offering additional sleeping space. A dining table for six, plus extra seating at the bar, makes sure there is enough room for everyone. The open design kitchen offers everything you will need for entertaining groups both large and small.
Two very large, privately designed, bedrooms are located on either side of the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a feather bed and luxurious 350 thread count sheets. A private bath and dressing area complete this spacious room. The equally large guest room, located on the opposite side of the villa, mirrors the master with the exception of two queen-size beds. Both are furnished with featherbeds and luxurious bedding. We take great pride in treating our guest as we would treat them in our primary home. Each bedroom has it's own TV.
The sophisticated island décor of this villa make it a comfortable retreat as well as a place you will be glad to entertain guest and call your own during your stay in South Carolina’s low-country. Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. We also offer the Wild Dunes sportscard that will give you access to all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer (tennis, fittness center, ect) Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone.

We LOVED the amenties of the Wild Dunes Resort. The condo is a convenient stroll to the main pavilion which made going to the evening events doable with two small children. The condo is a bit dated and the bathrooms need to have the caulk replaced. I had to take the time to reclean the bathroom because of mold and we elected to not use it for bathing our small children. There was plenty of household items available for use which made cooking convenient. This condo is not a quick walk to the beach. So if you have small children, take a wagon. We didn't and had to have our teenagers bring it to us. The pool is nice but could also use some general maintenance. There is no bathroom at the pool so you have to return to your unit when nature calls. There is also no shower access to wash away sand at any of the condo complexes, you have to use the one at the pool which is very inconvenient when you have a wagon full of items. We did experience some A/C issues and the management company was very responsive. I would stay at Wild Dunes again, however, I would find a condo closer to the beach and hope it was a bit tidier.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

A nice condo with the most comfortable beds! Can't wait to go back! Wireless internet was an added bonus. Beautiful views of the lagoon and close to the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this condo for an extended weekend. The accommodations were great! The condo is very nicely decorated and well kept. The modern kitchen was very nice. We enjoyed our stay! We felt like we were at home away from home!

We spent the month of February in this villa and enjoyed it thoroughly. The accomodations were wonderful, the kitchen well equipped, and the location is great. We loved having our dog with us.
