Family oriented 5 year old year-round lake house has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. It is located on the west shore of North Hero island allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Living and dining area have vaulted ceilings and mostly glass facing the lake. There is a romantic gas log stove in the living room for those cool nights, and lots of wood treatment inside with exterior cedar siding. Also, there is a large raised deck off the living area to enjoy sunsets and barbecuing. Additionally, there is a downstairs bath with a large whirlpool tub and shower, a full bath upstairs, and an extra half bath with a washer/dryer downstairs. The private beach includes a dock for swimming, fishing, or mooring a boat. This is all located on a private drive which is set back from main road behind a wooded area. Nice holiday retreat.
