*** Please note this is a viable working orchard and from time to time during the year the trees need to be sprayed, guests will be notified when I spray. I will always try to spray between stays or when nobody is at the house. I usually spray early in the morning when it is calm and there is no wind.

We are located only a few hundred feet from the historical Kettle Valley Railway Trail, excellent for hiking and biking. Several wineries and vineyards are close by those wishing to participate in wine tours.

Why the Owner Chose Penticton: This home was owned by Arthur C. and Ruth K. Cutler from 1956 to the present. Their four sons: Cam, Russ, Brent and Gregg were raised in this home and live in the immediate vicinity. With the passing of Ruth in 2010 (age 93) and Art in April of 2014 (age 98), the home is now owned by all four brothers. Their parents have not lived in the home since 2010 and renovations were undertaken at that time. The original home, built in 1938 has been torn down to the foundation and rebuilt over the past three years with the work only recently completed. Steps have been taken to retain the character of our family home and family memories attached to it. We feel that this is an ideal home for families to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan surroundings that we have loved since 1956 and invite you to spend time here.
