We would like to invite you to our slice of PARADISE at the luxury WaterCrest Condominiums. Our unique condominium is very family friendly and is one of the few at Watercrest that have a 16 by 16 private balcony. You can access the balcony from either the master bedroom or the large living room. The view is fantastic, the sunsets are unbelievable. With the unique balcony you can even watch storms come in from the ocean and never get wet!! With the big square-shaped balcony fear of heights is not a factor, you feel totally safe.

The bedrooms all have TVs with cable, DVD players, and all have hookups for any gaming system the kids may have. Our Condominium has been recently re-decorated and outfitted so all you have to do is come and enjoy!! The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a kingsize bed and is off set from the second bedroom for extra privacy.( The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds). Our condominium is located on the sixteenth floor and is located right across from the elevators. New carpet and new full size washer and dryer and stove and microwave all new in 2008, and custom made living room furniture in late 2008. We have put in many extras to numerous to mention.

"TRY US, YOU WILL LOVE US!" We have a family of six and have plenty of room to give each other space when needed. Having rented several condominiums for our summer vacations over the years, we tried to make our condominium very vacation friendly.   • We stayed in this lovely condo from Oct 7 to Oct 14/09. The condo was lovely, clean, comfortable and well stocked. It couldn't have been better. The location in the building is great. The patio is huge and because it is set in abit, you can spend many hours out there taking in the views of the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We felt like it was home, and that is what makes it so pefect. Steve & Ginger were great in asking any questions and making sure you were comfortable. We hope and would love to come back again.

  • We loved our stay at the Watercrest. It was right on the beach and convenient to many shops and restaurants. The cleaning staff kept the general area spotless. We felt very safe with a lot of families staying here at the same week. Our condo was also very clean and comfy and Steve and Ginger were very prompt to get back with any questions we needed answered. I don't know how Panama City Beach would be during springbreak time, but it was great in August! Hope to come back.

  • "Our pleasant 2-month stay (January and February '09) in Panama City Beach, FL, was due in part to Steve and Ginger's condo. It was a large, clean, and well-stocked 2 bedroom condo. The one aspect of the condo that we thoroughly enjoyed was watching the Gulf and sunsets from the large balcony (16'x16'). What's special about this balcony is the fact that it has 3 sides to it so you're protected from the wind and rain. We also enjoyed being lulled to sleep by the waves because of the huge patio doors facing the Gulf. Thank you, Steve and Ginger, for a very enjoyable stay. Bob and Judy"

  • We are a family of four from Germany and it was our first stay in the USA. First we could not believe that the condo is so large and roomy. We and our kids loved the big bedrooms, the beds are comfy and the condo is so friendly arranged. The beach is fantastic, the weather was perfect and the water is great, we even saw dolphins and little rays! We have been there for almost two weeks in October 2008 and we remember always with great pleasure to that time. The view from the balcony is even more overwhelming than you can write. It was a great time in Panama City Beach, the beach is wonderful and the condo is fantastic. Thank you for everything!
