Updated beach home ready for a relaxing vacation. Less than 500 yards from the beach with a large front deck for relaxing.
The master bedroom has a full-size bed with a TV. Bedroom two has a double-size bed while bedroom three has twin bunk beds. The living room comes with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 27-inch TV with a VCR/DVD. Bathroom one is spacious and all new.
The kitchen is bright and sunny and is stocked with all utensils and small appliances to make your stay enjoyable. All you will need to bring is linens and paper products.
All the amenities of Ocean Lakes Campground are included. Olympic-size outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie waterpark, eight freshwater lakes for fishing, three snack shops, golf car and bike rental, ATM machine, oceanfront observation deck, 24-hour gated security, two oceanfront playgrounds, Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center, 18-hole miniature golf, Nature Center Discovery Lab, 10,000-square-foot campground store and gift shop, book exchange library, and more are all on site.

This house is smaller than it appeaars. The house has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom that has the bunkbeds is a 6x6 size and in order to use the top bunk you have to slide into the bed because it is so close to the moldy ceiling. The main bedroom is small as well at a whopping 8x9 does not leave much space for anything. The third bedroom also very small, the entrance is through the main bedroom which leaves no privacy for either party staying there. There is no cable at the place for the television to work properly. the house was very dirty seemed like no one has dusted in a while. I also think the house is a fire hazard since there are no escape windows in either small bedrooms to escape from in case of a fire. For the price I paid I could have stayed in other houses that were more comfortable and looked alot cleaner and well maintained. The only thing the owner did good was he purchased a new fridge because the other one had broke and I think the Duct tape that was on the door holder the condiments was giving as well. I will never rent this house again!!!
Owner response:Our home is not a large beach house but in the style of a beach bungalow. The ceiling in the "kids" bedroom has been checked and there is no evidence of mold there or anywhere else in the house. The bedrooms are comfortable for sleeping and have closets for storage of suitcases, clothing, etc. The living room has a new flat panel tv combo with a dvd and the main bedroom has a tv both receive cable tv. The house is normally very clean although it is possible an area was missed at dusting time. While our home is a "camper buildover" as so many in Ocean Lakes are there is no evidence of the camper. All of our ceilings are normal or higher height, all of the appliances, including the new refrigerator, are residence size not the teeny stoves and fridges encountered in other rentals. We inform potential renters that the back bedroom has to be entered thru the main bedroom but does have a private 1/2 bath and that the home is suitable for a family members and not for couples that do not know each other well. We have a comfortable deck with chairs and a gas grill for outside pleasure. Please contact me for any additional information.
